I’m curious if some of these people whom have left comments about timing and girls “goofing off outside” understand that when they first reopened, they could only have a max capacity of 10 people in the store. Some stylist offered to wait outside so parents could be inside with their kids. Currently, Everyone who works at this store, or any where really, has been under serious pressure during these difficult times. This company has made some mandatory changes, aka The online CheckIn (which is extremely inaccurate at times). The Stylist are not in control of this. The company has cut hours, cut shift availability, and cut positions. Please be conscious of things like this where ever you are going to conduct business. Read moreFirst off, men do not just get high and tights. I don’t know why every time I go to get my haircut somewhere they give me a high and hooah haircut. I give specific instructions on how I want it and somehow I still end up with a high and tight. Also, I know the company supports veteran but I’m not sure if your employees share the same values. I am a veteran, and as I was sitting there thinking how did I end up with this haircut, one of your employees started to ramble about a prior customer being a possible veteran but she stopped talking about the subject. Only reason I came to this place is because my friend was busy and couldn’t cut my...
Read moreStopped by understanding there will be a wait due to first time being open in 2 months. Was told I would wait for 1 hour. After an hour and a half I called and asked how many were in front of me to which I was told 4. So I wasted an hour and a half of my time sitting in my car watching girls just jack around out front instead of helping customers. I will never go back. I will happily drive to OKC for better service than this. Not to mention watching employees wearing face masks incorrectly. Continually taking them off and putting them back on... highly unsanitary. Learn to quote proper wait times. Time is a precious commodity that none of us can get back. Teach your employees this because I for sure will never waste my time...
