Patient staff that's willing to walk through each product you have questions about WITHOUT shoving any particular brand down your throat. A slight downside is that they don't carry every product or part you may need. So. Eventhough you may not know exactly what you want/need, and only have an idea, I'd call in advance before going.

Been shopping here for years. Even back when they were across from the 3 wheeler car rental place. Had my first real poor customer experience. There always seems to be one bad apple. Swung by this shop today to get an idea of what I would need to start my MMP grow and was pleasantly surprised by the help that I received. Staff let me browse for a few minutes before approaching me. Talked briefly about different soils and nutes and what's better for different types of grows, all my questions were answered without annoying upsale or without talking down to me. Very friendly and professional....
