Didnāt get my order right! The first time I was okay. Just let them know and give them a chance to correct it. Which what I asked for was 3 chicken chulupaās with no tomatoes, the girl comes to me and says okay we will get it done, I said thank you and went to sit down thinking that she was making it. 30 minutes later I was curious as to why I havenāt gotten my 3 chicken chulupaās with no tomatoes because everyone else that I was with is done with there food already and I havenāt had mine. So I go up there and I asked the girl about my 3 chicken chulupaās with no tomatoes they all looked at each other in confusion and say oh we are making it now! Give them a few moment. I said okay. Finally I get my 3 chicken chulupaās like under 2 minutes. Sat down opened it up getting ready to eat it and looked inside what did I see tomatoes!!! No big deal Iāll take it out right at this point I was hungry that I donāt care if I break out when eating the tomatoes or whatever. Bite into it what the hell was inside frito chips that I did not ask for! That was it for me! 1 time okay 2 times Iāll let it slide but 3 rd and the 4 th time in one visit to that location I wonāt be going there again. I know that some people donāt care when a customer say they wonāt go back there. But I just wanna put it out there THAT MY PARTY AND I WONāT BE GOING BACK THERE! And the worst part they didnāt even apologize for making the mistake when I first went up there to tell them they got my order wrong. They grab the chulupaās from me and threw it in the trash. Today I was doing a delivery pick up order for a company and when I got there to pick it up the lady at the counter said, āThat order been gone. Someone must have stolen it. We canāt re-make it.ā Welp. Off to write the google review. I recommend not ordering ahead of time from this location. I canceled the order and wasted my time. I did not even try to argue with her however, itās definitely not the delivery personās fault if somebody steals an order. Great customer service would entail to just remake it. (Tell me the news in a way that at the very least sounds like you can sympathize with me. Not rudely act like I did something wrong. I was there to help the restaurant.)

As I pulled into the Taco Bell parking lot, I was immediately impressed by the girth of the building. As soon as i opened the recently cleaned glass double doors, I was pleasantly and unexpectedly greeted with a chorus of warm welcomes from the staff members. I ordered my single burrito from the kiosk and a staff member on break struck up a conversation. We talked about a plethora of topics ranging from electoral politics, biomimicry, to A.I. technology and its implications on the work force. Jackie at the front desk offered me a free soda before my name was called with perfect pronunciation and timber.
