Had a small flashlight holster that I ripped the belt loop , been about a year that I been storing it elsewhere , today finally tried to get it re sewn at Primo , they re sewed it for me in a hot second . This was my first time as a customer and it was top notch from talking on the phone till I was rolling in . Due to recent removal of main ramp you have to enter via the neighboring business wheelchair ramp . Saw a spectacular pair of brown boots there that I want . They do great quality quick work , had I thought about it instead of spur of the moment I have a sweater I need fixed , I don’t like to take things from the coat rack to be serviced , I like to bring freshly laundered clothes be sewing on a button or doing a hem it’s always nice when the item doesn’t smell like rotor jam . ( I am funny in that way ) there’s also a really pleasant fellow who does shoe shines out front and helped show me how to get in with the main ramp freshly removed...

I was not particularly happy with my most recent experience. First, I brought in 2 pairs of gabardine trousers to have them shortened a little over 2 weeks prior to the time I needed them for a college reunion in Chicago. The alteration costs were $46 but they were treated as a rush order and the cost increased to $66. 2 weeks is not a rush order in my humble opinion. I also brought in 6 pairs of khaki trousers which were shortened about a month ago and the previous cuff line remained in the pants even after laundering. The primary culprit in this case was Bennett, not Louis, with whom my wife and I have had an excellent relationship over many years. Bennett refused to tell me when Louis would be available to discuss these issues.
