The customer service that is given by Glass Growers Gallery is exceptional. I had ordered a pair of socks through their website and must have clicked on the wrong pair. They called to verify that I was ordering the correct socks and we determined together that they were not and the socks that I did want to order were out of stock. They offered to help me with purchasing something in replacement but was wanting to purchase the socks as a gift for my daughter as a special Christmas gift.
