Discover TSAŌCAA a hidden gem in Erie, PA. @Noods Station 3 & Tsaocaa #hiddengems #pho #koreanfriedchicken #bagcharms #fyp

6 months later and still impressed! They fixed the music. They get a full 5 stars all around. After trying other ramen spots in Erie, I can say hands down that this is the most authentic. I’ve been to Momofuku and Ichiran, and Noods Stagion definitely has a place at the table when it comes to ramen. The tonkotsu is the way it should be—cloudy, rich, and full of pork flavor. The chashu could be a little more tender, but it’s otherwise cut and presented perfectly. Boba? Still good! Still consistent. We’ve been coming for the boba every time and it’s always fresh. Bottom line, Tsaocaa and Noods Station is consistent and here to stay. My favorite place for Asian fusion. They’re doing it fresh, authentic, and most importantly, delicious. Original review: New kid on the block in downtown Erie! It’s so nice to finally have a restaurant that serves dim sum dishes in Erie, as well as the best boba in town. We ordered the mango milk boba with tapioca which had such fresh tapioca pearls that were perfectly soft and chewy. I’d come back just to get boba alone…but the food is really good too. The takoyaki was authentic with a crispy exterior and a molten, gooey interior and perfectly cooked octopus. The BBQ pork bun was “the bbq pork bun that made me like bbq pork buns” per my fiancée. It was generously stuffed with tender, saucy pork. The fried chicken was juicy, crispy, and tender. Pros: modern, fun, trendy decor with a casual vibe, easily add other items to your order via tablet, THE CAT ROBOT WAITER, and generally very authentic dim sum, boba, and ramen. Servers were very friendly! Critiques: we expected the fried chicken to be compeltely dressed in the honey garlic sauce, but instead it was just drizzled on. We had to ask for an extra side of sauce, which made it a lot better. The spicy miso ramen was definitely delicate on the spice, and a little light on the flavor. I’d love my spicy miso broth to be a little more, well, SPICY! Lastly, I absolutely hate the music; just a bunch of slow covers that make me bummed out. This place is vibrant, fun, and cool—the music should reflect that! Overall, I can’t wait to come back for boba or for a meal. I’m so excited they’re here, and I’m sure they’ll do very well in Erie.

Everything was fantastic. There is something for everyone to eat. My family and I got an assortment of dim sum, fried chicken, tea, pho, and dessert (that we had to take home because we were so full). Everything had immaculate flavor, i thoroughly enjoyed my pho. I got the pho that had brisket, tripe, beef tendon, and meatballs, all of the meat was tender and flavorful. What little I had of the dim sum( because my family ate it up) tasted very authentic. I got to speak to whom I presume is the owner and she mentioned it was all hand made. On top of that staff was very patient and kind. I also loved the tea and they were very accommodating to my preference of wanting something less sweet ( I got the muscat and grape green tea with nata jelly) Definitely will be going again when I’m back in town visiting family. Hopefully it’s my first stop after the airport.

The only thing I don't love about this place is the music they play, not my style at all BUT the decor here is really nice and the seats are comfy. I've only been here once and I ordered $160 of food and drinks to pickup and they packed it all up so nicely, I was a bit worried at first how I was gonna carry it to my car especially the 4 drinks but it was really easy!! The girl at the counter was super friendly and asked me if I was having a party and I told her it was just a small gathering of my sister and I and a couple friends and she seemed sooo excited, it was really sweet.

So the boba teas from here are the best I've ever had, sooo good omg, I got regular sized drinks but I might have to do the bucket size drink option next time.

The food is bangin', they have the best fried chicken ever, yakisoba is so flavorful, I could go on and on, out of all the items I tried the only thing I didn't really like was the takoyaki but I had never had it before from any place, I guess it's not my thing lol. Oh yeah I also tried some desserts and idk what kind of magic ingredients they are using but the wild berry cake I tried was istg one of the most delicous cakes I've had in my entire life, I give it 10 ⭐

I have literally been fantasizing about coming back here for months, I live an hour from Erie but I am planning to go to Pokékon in a couple weeks and hopefully I am gonna stop at Station...
