Honestly a bit disappointed in the service here. I came in for my suit fitting for my wedding and brought my best mate/best man for the wedding who is a female (which I feel is an important thing to mention with this review). I had made an appointment for my suit, well ahead of time, and had to wait a good 10-15 minutes for someone to come over and help me get the suit and sizes I needed. The whole thing was so weird. No one was there to greet you upon arrival and entry into the store. I had to go find someone and tell them I was there for my suit appointment. Then it was like pulling teeth with the guy who was in charge of helping us. I had to ask for each part of the suit rather than him giving his expert advice about “how are we feeling? Would you like a vest with the suit as well? How about a tie?” The whole experience was a bummer.
My best mate made an appointment also so the same guy helped her get sorted. He kept yawning throughout her fitting which I found so rude. He also was not giving her good advice at all on sizes or what looks good. He gave her a vest that was huge on her and both I and her wife had to say no. It looked horrible. In the end; they felt so unwelcome and annoyed that they ended up walking away and are getting their suit elsewhere.
Lastly, when my suit was ready for pick up, the store called me telling me it was ready. I don’t exactly live close to this location, so it was disappointing to arrive and only collect the jacket and pants. I was still missing the shirt, the tie, and the vest. All of which had to be ordered in. I would have rather waited to collect anything or receive the phone call about it being ready for pick up. Even when I came in for pick up, I had to be on it and noticed my other pieces weren’t ready. They called me again a week later telling me items were ready for pick up. I had to tell them to not call me again until the whole thing was ready. The worst part of this entire experience was that they don’t even give you a free suit bag to put your suit in. I paid well over 700 for this whole thing and you couldn’t put the suit in a suit bag?! My fiance was in the car with me when I went to collect the suit. So it was so disappointing to scramble and hide the suit until we got home where I could find a suit bag for my suit. The least you could do when someone pays this amount for their suit, is throw in the suit bag for free! Unreal. Honestly, I recommend going to Friar Tux. I had a way better experience with them for my other friend’s wedding. I’m totally kicking myself...

We were all taken aback but how he came out from the gate being very rude and condescending. I came in looking for a specific color for a suit, knowing that it is a hard color to find. He right away yelled “NO CHANCE” And then proceeded to walk away from us without one single ounce of help. Then as we were trying to ask him what color a certain tie was and he told my girlfriend, “do you not see the color? Yeah that’s not it” RUDELY. Then he immediately went to help some gentlemen in the store. We were in shock. I genuinely think he thought we were stupid and not worth our time. I went up to the counter and asked the woman working who the manager is. Michael (the manager) came up and we explained the situation. The boy of course went to the back and I would assumed hid from us because he heard us complaining about him to the manager. Pathetic. Michael apologized and said he would deal with it at their meeting tomorrow. I do believe he should not be working with customers ever. It was clear discrimination. I would like to talk to the OWNER of the store. He should not be around customers, nor women for that matter. Michael helped us after and provided us options, and he was very helpful.
