Sometimes there's a good selection, but not all the time. The quality of clothing is not the best, but the prices are unbeatable. Sometimes they have quality stuff for cheap, such as underwear, boxer briefs, body spray, and socks, all under five bucks. I bought some Puma socks pretty cheap. I always buy multiple pairs of sunglasses here, but they are usually sold out of the aviators. I have spent at least a hundred bucks on shades here over the years. The place is easy to get around and find the section you want. The staff is always cool. I remember about five years ago walking in and them asking to leave my bag at the front counter. I'm not a thief. I have no criminal record. Being treated like a criminal offends me deeply. Minus a star for that. Just because someone else is a piece of $h*! who stole from you doesn't mean I am. I hate Wal-Mart for the same reason. They are not allowed to search your property or look at your receipt once you buy something. It becomes your property. If someone wants to randomly look through your wallet, pockets, purse or SHOPPING BAG, you tell them, "No, that is illegal search and seizure." The cops can do NOTHING. There is NO LAW that says you have to prove what you bought. In fact, searching me without my consent and without probable cause is the crime. Your property is YOUR PROPERTY. They can't just search your purse just because they feel like it....

Yesterday my brother who is intellectually and mentally disabled can in the store without a mask on. He will not wear it and does not Understand the meaning of this whole covid thing. The manager said he needs a mask on and I told her he has a disability and he has the right not to wear one. She became very disrespectful and told me she had a problem with him not wear one. Employees at this company need to know the facts concerning people with disabilities that will not wear one because of medical issue. She was definitely out of line with her comments as a manager and set a poor example for the othere employees she manages.

I would be totally wrong if I said I had a problem with her being a gay women.

Citi Trend please train you staff on issues other than what society says is normal.

While im at the cash register. The cashier was on the phone having another conversation. When u walk in the store it dont feel home like. Its too quiet in there. There is no music playing. So you could hear everyone conversation.You got the employees yelling across the store asking for a price. Its just dont feel comfortable at all. This by far has to be the worst citi...
