I want to start by saying I do love this store and what they have to offer for bigger girls. However its been getting worse and worse every time I go in there with staff. First off they still have no fitting rooms! With being big I NEED to try things on. So luckily when I went I was able to spend more so I had options to try on at home. I understand needing a receipt to return items, HOWEVER they need to be lienent on how they are returning your money. Other clothing stores I have been to have asked how I want the return including cash when paid with card. NOT this place. Since I didn't have the same card I used the STAFF refused to give it to me. I had to drive 20min back home (cause its not close) to get the card and then come right back. Then after returning with my card I was informed it would take 5 business days to get my return. When I didn't understand and explained with the receipt showing I paid you I should be able to get cash back. Staff immediately started arguing with me. And kept repeating herself over and over. Even though I do love this store I will not be returning and will be recommending the same to anyone else I know that goes here. So 579 I would highly recommend your return policy be reviewed since your NOT bringing fitting rooms back. 579 staff do better on how you speak...
Read moreWent to the Euclid Ohio store on shorts and a dry got there at 4:20 the doors were locked I called the phone number the employee answers the phone and I said do you all have new store hours and she said oh we just close a little early on Sundays and I said earlier than your scheduled time of 5 o’clock she said yes because they have to straighten up and do inventory now I’ve worked in corporate America especially a retail a lot in my life and your store hours or are your store hours and then you have it time at the stores close to straighten up and do the things that need to be done they were very unprofessional I asked for a corporate telephone number She didn’t say it why do you need a corporate telephone number and I said to speak to someone and she said why do you need to speak to someone and then the phone hung upThis particular location always has some sort of issues they close during regular business hours with no no no no nothing it’s always an issue with this location someone somewhere somehow should really check on employees that’s at this location they need better training they need a manager and let them know store hours or store hours after work work that needs to be done it’s for after the store closes not 45 minutes before the store closes...
Read morePoor customer service, And great clothes. We came from Akron to shop and they talk to each other more than they talk to us. Then when asked for assistance, they say yeah, hold on 1 minute and took her time when all she had to do was answer the question from there.... no eye contact poor customer service skills made me not want to buy anything my daughter that was with me agreed on the older lady with glasses was the one.. I'll come back on a day she hopefully...
