Broadway place apartments is by far the best place I’ve EVER lived! I recently moved from LA to Eugene and began my apartment search. When looking for an apartment my number one priority was safety. As a single woman in my 20’s living on my own for the first time I wanted to make sure I found a place where I felt comfortable and secure at night. Broadway place apartments checked that box. The apartment complex has multiple gated entrances that require a pin code for access. It is in the heart of downtown and although there are homeless people who walk by from time to time, I have never felt unsafe. The next item on my check list was finding a place that was pet friendly (because I have a one year old, high energy, 65lb dog),which Broadway place apartments is! Most apartments that allow pets call themselves “pet friendly” but broadway place apartments truly is! they go above and beyond! My first couple of weeks living there Gabriel, the leasing office manager, noticed I had the same breed of dog as some of the other residents and asked if I would be interested in having puppy play dates with them. Another way in which broadway place apartments is super pet friendly is that even Bill, the head of maintenance, carries dog treats around with him. My dog gets so excited to see him, sits immediately, and waits for his treat! The next item on my list in search of an apartment was cleanliness. When touring some other apartments downtown I was completely disgusted. I mean, I saw some really really dirty shitholes! Broadway place apartments is super clean. From the outside of the complex to the courtyard to the units themselves. I would give them and A+ rating in cleanliness. The last thing I was looking for was location. I was recently hired at a company downtown and looking for a place close to my work. As I mentioned earlier Broadway place apartments is located in the heart of downtown and for me conveniently walking distance from my new job. Another benefit of its prime location is that the complex is walking distance from many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. It’s is also located right next to the public library. After I found everything I was looking for at broadway place apartments, the thing that makes them stand out the most and the reason I signed my lease and quickly as possible was the management team. Gabriel and Peter are truly the best! I called Peter every singe day probably the first two weeks with every question that popped into my head and multiple times since then. Every single time I was met with a super friendly and positive attitude Overall I couldn’t have found a better place to live! I promise I wasn’t paid for this review! Moving into Broadway Place Apartments has been a breath of fresh air, and I have to give special thanks to Simon and the amazing team here for making this transition so seamless and welcoming. From the very beginning, Simon went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to feel confident and excited about my move. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference during what could have been a very stressful process.

After spending 8 years with Umbrella Properties, where I unfortunately experienced bigotry and judgment against my lifestyle, leaving was both necessary and challenging. It was a messy break, and on top of that, my credit isn’t perfect. Despite these hurdles, Simon and the Broadway Place team didn’t hesitate to take a chance on me. Not only did they welcome me with open arms, but they also offered an incredible 6 weeks of free rent to help me get settled—a gesture I will never forget.

I was a little weary about the move here because of some of the reviews i read.. now that ive been here 3 months, i can honesly say i love it, some people are just impossible to please..The location couldnt be better, the office staff are very helpful, and the maintenance staff are on top of it.. I had all new appliances, fresh paint, and lvt flooring in all the right locations, carpet in the bedroom only, which i love.. The parking situation is a little rough givin its managed by the city, and they dont have security or cameras, ive already had my truck broken into by lowlife tweakers that rummaged through my stuff, and left there meth pipe in the console..nice...
