I can FEEL it working - I have suffered from chronic anxiety attacks since I was about 26 years old. I’ve never taken heavy pharmaceuticals for them, because I don’t like the contraindications. I discovered Rooted Remedies in 2020 and purchased the Ground Down tincture to help me decompress from overstimulation from digital technology. WOW! What an experience! Not only am I greeted with the most kindest herbalist (owner Kassandra) but I’m also greeted with a ton of knowledge and wisdom with the herbs/extracts/other at her shop. She wild forages a lot of her stuff in deep nature and truly has a passion and love for the medicine she makes. I recently had some lung issues and had asthma like symptoms and I had her breath easy tincture on hand and it worked almost immediately for me. She also has a ton of awesome herbals and goodies from other local herbalists as well as local art! I now have a special spot to turn to when I need something.
