I heard about this place through a friend. So no advertising or anything. She had given me a cod snack for my dog who has always had a sensitive tummy. Had a hard time finding this place but finally did. A young kid was sitting at the counter on his phone but respectfully put it away as soon as we walked in. I tried asking questions about skin allergies and he didn't have any information to provide. I would suspect going to a place like this, I could ask questions about the products they sold and ask for recommendations but he didn't seem to have a clue. When you have such a unique product, you would think the staff would understand the benefits of the products. Anyways, for that reason only I took a star away.
