This review 4 yrs ago. New one below added on! My husband went and got dinner tonight for our family and asked for sauces. They gave him a few packs than he said I need more..he uses like 8 alone on his taco salad..they told him there not allowed, than he asked for a manager and the manager told him he couldn't have more sauce..... The new Eugene law for sauces and single-use plastic items is not to limit customers who actually need it... I'm a manager of a 24-hour business and I never told my customers no...like what the heck we spend 35 bucks...worst service from taco Bell ever especially from a manager.
So update: went to get food the New Rolled tacos, Sad due to there menu states to pick the sauce you want with them. But even though it's Your choice they Charged extra for the guac which is one of the options. A $1 extra for the 4pc tacos. First of all, if it's supposed to come with it as your choice as the menu states, then it shouldn't charge you. Another thing is the menu does not state it charges extra. Then I go inside to kindly show them the picture and point out. It does not state that it cost extra that it's supposed to be your choice with their menu option. The gentleman said yes you're right, but then the drive-thru gal and the manager which is new states it costs extra for guacamole. I said then why is it part of a your choice option and does not state it cost extra?.
She then stated and this is the most rudest part that I can have my dollar back if I bring in her sides of guacamole
First of all, it wasn't even the point about the dollar. It was the point that the sign did not state that we have to pay extra for a menu item.
Also, if I bring you in the guacamole please tell me you're going to throw it away because I already know it's against health protocol to give it to another customer once it's been given to a customer and then brought back in really?? I'd like to know who hired the manager and why they would think that that is okay.
Again, all I was pointing out was that the sign did not state it when it was a menu item. This means kindly apologize and go put a sign out if you're going to charge for it. Again. Being a manager of a 24 establishment where I get nagged out all the time. Believe me, I'm not trying to nag I just would like you to be polite about it.
But also on another note, just to make my opinion very clear. I have a best friend of 27 years who runs a Taco Bell in Nevada so neighboring state also did not agree with this when I called her to ask her. They don't...
Read moreNot clean. A young lad was asked to get a tray and wipe contents from table and chairs onto it. Ut was appar 3rd nt he did n ok t want to be asked oui r told what to do. He then proceeded to knock the contents from the table into the chaies and floor, thus leaving a far worse sticky greasy mess all the way around. I might add that he did this with a BAD, DELIBERATE attitude. Minutes later, he worked his way around it while purposely avoiding it altogether. So, I, as a concerned customer for safety, who did not want to witness a catastrophic event happening to a person of any age said, Excuse me. But I think what she meant ( the senior employee ), was to grab a tray and scoot the contents from the table and chairs onto the tray to keep it from reaching the floor. I was going to explain that my husband is 83, and I did not want him slipping on the debri that had just been thrown on the floor, or any other customer. He rudefully cut me off and said, " I was gonna sweep it up anyway". But, he never did. We ate and left with the floor never having been cleaned of the sticky food mess. We eat at Taco Bell restaurants frequently. Today was our worrst visit at this particular one. Employees at this particular establishment need some professional training as how to greet the public and washing hands before transitioning from outdoors/breaks/bathroom visits, collecting...
Read moreIf I could leave a negative stars review I would. So just went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. Well after receiving my order I pulled over to check my food. Well I was miss a bean and cheese, a soft taco, and the new enchilada box. So I went in to let them know and even brought my food in so they can see and check. The worker then looked at my receipt argued with me saying that the burrito and soft taco weren't on my receipt and ignored the whole other box meal. After 20mins of trying to show the worker on the recipt the food I thought they were finally going to fix it. But no. I asked about my box meal again after having to buy another burrito and soft taco because I thought they were at least gonna fix that one. Well now a different worker came to the counter asking to check my food and receipt after just having the other worker do so. She then stated that we count everything that goes into the bag and that I am wrong. Hence the other worker checking food and acknowledging it missing. To end this here I don't recommend this taco bell at all. Every time I have went I am always missing something. But always try to give benefit of the doubt. But I'll be staying away from this one as now they have gotten free money...
