Major suckage here! Trying diligently not to give Walmart my money ever again.

I used to be a faithful customer but I recently made an order for a product from Walmart online. I paid for the product (they didn't just put a hold on funds, they actually charged my card which creates a legal contract for the sale of the product just the same as a legal contract for the purchase is created when I click to complete the transaction) & I was told it could be picked up the next day. When I arrived at the store for my product the manager came out & said that the advertised price must have been a mistake & "there is absolutely no way I will honor this sale."

I should add that the really messed up thing about this is that I had actually contacted customer support the week before to let them know I thought the price may be incorrect & they should check it immediately & change it if necessary to which I was assured that they would. When I went back on the site a week later, the advertised price was still exactly the same & I made the purchase. So I informed them & made them aware of the possible discrepancy well before I made the purchase so they were perfectly aware of the advertised price for that product & they changed nothing

This is illegal, unethical, & extremely poor business practice. Walmart store policy says they will honor incorrectly priced merchandise as long as it was an error on the company's part & not a customer putting an item back in an incorrect spot. Also, as previously stated, this is illegal as charging my card creates a contract for the sale of the product which they refused to honor.

When I reminded the manager of the store policy & of the law & told him that I had informed the store of the price a week before so it could no longer be considered a mistake (& in spite if the fact their company policy says they will honor incorrect pricing if it was their fault not the customers) the manager then replied, "I don't care, there is simply no way in hell I'm going to sell you that product for the advertised price."

How much money is enough for you Walmart? How many billions do you have to make before you will honor your own policies, the law, & not refuse to sell a product at your own advertised price to a loyal customer?

Shame on you Walmart for your illegal practice and for violating your own store policy & for cancelling the sale you were legally contracted to make at the price you knowingly advertised. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Absolutely disgraceful.

I had ordered slippers as part of my grocery delivery order which was delivered from a different Walmart that does the delivery. I don’t live anywhere near that one but this Walmart I live near does not do the delivery. The slippers I received were the wrong size than what I ordered. I selected on the app to return the slippers. I received an email with a barcode and instructions that stated “For refund, return this item to any Walmart.” ANY Walmart. The woman who was working the customer service desk on 1/5/21 at approximately 4pm informed me rudely that they do not take returns from delivery orders.

The email from Walmart clearly states I can return to ANY Walmart. The FAQ page in Walmart.com related to returns states when a person receives an email with a barcode for return, the return can be brought to ANY Walmart for refund. If I would have just walked in with the slippers in hand and no receipt at all, they would have returned them.

The worst part is I had ordered the correct size slippers for pick up from THIS store so while they broke all of Walmart’s own policies and refused to refund my money for the slippers, they made additional money off of my purchase of the new slippers.

I refused to unnecessarily drive across town to return to another Walmart when I didn’t have to do that (regardless of what the ill-informed customer service person told me). Fortunately I contacted Walmart corporate customer service from the parking lot who informed me that the employee was incorrect and the store would be contacted to “assure they were following Walmart policies appropriately”. They also refunded my money for the slippers immediately.

I hope this store can provide the needed training to this employee and place employees who have some critical thinking skills into...

It's Walmart. The undercover/loss prevention employee heavy set guy with a goatee and glasses, older and looks like a Springtucky type is the rudest person. He thinks everyone is stealing from Walmart and he will make you feel uncomfortable to shop. I have watched him and how he hovers over people just not very professional. Been in many other Walmarts and never seen anyone from the other stores act like this to customers and I have been in the Las Vegas Walmart. He really sucks at his job. If you are supposed to be loss provention you might be a bunch more incognito...

The lady works day shift younger mid to late 30's assistant manager pony tail usually, yellow vest. She is some piece of work, rude to customers and belittles emplyoees in front of customers, very unprofessional worst person in customer service I have ever seen. Standa around doing nothing everytime I see her and she is literally I think the devils daughter. Very abusive to workers. Never smiles or shows any kind of courtesy to customers.

The receipt guy what is that make no sense to me this job.....?

Finally shelves empty all the time in the food section.

Remodeled the store and its the worst redo in the history of doing such. Can't find things now and they keep changing the store around. Aisles clutteres every where hard for customers to walk around

This place needs work...

The big upside its so close home.. on a side note remember when this was Home Base...

A decent experience, no different from any other Walmart. The parking lot is a little bit of a maze, but there are plenty of spaces and a good number of them are handicap spots, all of which are near the entrance. While not the most ergonomic lot, the spaces are wide enough for larger vehicles. The interior is clean, but very spread out. If all you need is a single flash drive, you have better brought your walking boots because it's a heck of a trek to the electronics section. This is likely designed in such a way to deter theft, but it definitely adds to inconvenience, especially considering that it's likely a main attraction for many people. The electronics section does not carry software licenses aside from Office 365. The food selection is good enough, and the prices are fair and they sometimes have cute little displays of seasonal miniature doughnuts, so no complaints there. The entire west side of the building is entirely confusing, with seemingly assorted halls of toilet paper, school supplies, toys, and the occasional $7 box of cereal. It's a conveniently placed store with good enough prices, but the chain's distinct lack of tap-to-pay is always a pain. ★★★★

Clean Walmart, and that's about it. Not enough cashiers up front so we went to self check out 🙄. The lady in scooter at self check out was a little off brand though. She told us the machine didn't accept cash, after we paid half of the purchase on a card. We aren't mind readers, how about you put up a sign so there is no confusion. BTW, if you don't see the cash feeder blinking green then it's "in card mode only". Anyway, I've never been a cashier at Walmart so I didn't know that was a thing. We ended up leaving and not going back in the long line of people at self check out. Walmart...do better ...pay your people more and hire more cashiers it's not like y'all broke. My purchase was refunded on my card, needless to say they just irritated me.

Doing a little school shopping and my daughter had noticed the changing room was closed so i politely asked this Walmart associate names RUTH, if she knew the hours on the changing room? She ignored me, first then i said “maa’m do you know if the changing room”’””” she interrupts me and puts her finger in my face and goes “psHSPshhh” and rudely shook her head and walked away with her little Walmart apron on. My daughter started laughing, but i feel dissed enough to write a review. Who does this lady think she is? If she doesn’t want questions asked of her, perhaps she could get another job that does not have the expectation of customer service.
