Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Eugene

They were rude to me because they made my pizza wrong and I said something. (Ordered pineapple, got extra-supreme with everything!) They said they'd toss it, so i asked if I can just keep it, but they responded as if I asked for all the cash in the till. They asked if I wanted a new one, which I thought it was pretty clear already that I did. When they asked me a few more times (as though I hadn't understood the question) I realized that they just didn't want to make another. This was around 6 pm and they didn't seem busy. I waited for over 20 minutes with nobody ahead of me in line. When it was finally done, I hopped in my car and immediately got on to the freeway. I reached into the box to grab a slice and found that they hadn't sliced it. Not at all. It was one giant disc of pizza. I was suddenly aware of why they seemed so pleased with themselves as they handed it to me, I had previously thought it was due to the long wait. I didn't realize that asking that I get what I paid for and not leaving empty-handed, or a suggestion that perfectly good food doesn't go right in the trash, would upset anyone to the point of such juvenile pettiness like serving an unsliced pizza.

Unrelated, they burn 9 out of 10 pizzas. Especially the hot and ready ones. Check them if you don't want crusty cheese. It seems like at some point they just reset their ovens wrong and refuse to set them back, because it appears that all locations in town were affected at...

Okay, I’m usually not one to leave a review but I wanted to share my experience. I ordered a crazy bread stuffed crust pizza.. I waited in my car for 15 minutes because they said it would be about that long. No big deal, right? Well after 15 mins I went into the store and my pizza still wasn’t ready.. no one else really went into order anything.. they told me it would be another 20 mins. I continued waiting!! Got my one pizza 45 minutes later. Ridiculous, right?? Well I get home to open my pizza and find that it’s just a regular pizza no stuffed crust (after I waiting so long” I called the store and talked to somebody and told them what had happened the person just seemed incapable of talking.. just told me to come back so i drove all the way back. After i get there they hand me another pizza this time I check I tear open the crust and it’s not stuffed I informed them and THEY PUT IT BACK IN THE CASE AS IF THEY WERE GONNA SERVE THE PIZZA TO SOMEONE!!! The pizza I just touched and ripped open.. I was dumb founded and told the girl she should NOT serve the pizza because my hands were just all over it! I ordered a deep dish veggie and was immediately informed that they were under "new management" and it would be more expensive. I said that would be fine. It was only $3 more. I also ordered Italian Cheese Sticks, my favorite! When I came back to pick it up, the guy remembered me and handed me my order immediately. So far so good. When I got home and tried to open the boxes, I found they were stuck closed because of the amount of cheese. I like a lot of cheese but this was waaaaayyyy too much!! There was so much cheese, I couldn't taste the sauce or the veggies on the pizza. And the cheese sticks were so cheesy it covered up the seasonings that's usually on them. I was sooo disappointed! I never knew there was such a thing as too much cheese. It was dripping off each piece. There was more cheese than crust! Never in my life would I have thought I'd complain about too much cheese but this was disgusting. I'd rather buy my cheese from the grocery store. Yikes. I sure hope this new management can get its...
