Taco Time — Restaurant in Eugene

I go here weekly for a veggie burrito. It’s one of the only things I can keep down with my complicated pregnancy. Tonight I went, got home, and 3/4 of my burrito was shredded lettuce. Not exaggerating, it was a tortilla full of shredded lettuce with a little bit of beans at the bottom. I called, which I never do, and was told “that’s what a veggie burrito is, mostly lettuce. The supervisor refused to talk to me. I have NEVER been treated so rude, or gotten such a badly made meal. $10 for lettuce and they didn’t even care to make it right!? Better training needs to be done, what a poor poor example of how to treat a customer. I will NEVER be back. And I cannot wait to talk to their GM. The male supervisor on shift tonight, and whoever is making the food, needs to seriously be talked to. I know what it’s like to be a GM at fast food, I understand the struggle of dinner rush and trying to keep things moving, and I would have fired this man on the spot for the quality of food he’s putting out and how he treated the customer. To whoever the girl was who answered the phone, you did really well and I’m sorry he snapped at you like that for answering the phone… yes mr. supervisor, I heard every word. Anyone, literally anyone, would have been livid coming home to what I just did. And then to be treated like that!? Wow. Just wow....

I ordered food from drive through and proceeded to window. The girls working seemed to not be having a "good" day and slammed the door after shoving the food over. But no big deal just a bad day. Once home we realized we were missing part of our order (a mexi fry) so we drove back down to get it. When we drove up to the window the girl was absolutely nasty to us. We had said the incorrect size they had give us as we ordered one of each size and didn't know which was which. She let us know she knew exactly what she put in our bag and she knew she had forgotten the item. And continued to scold us for saying the wrong size... sorry we don't work at taco time and know the color of your sizes. Unfriendly service and honestly after that and them making me feel bad for a mistake they made and I had to drive back to be scolded.... won't be...

Worst taco time because of the one blonde employee that is always on headset taking orders. Each time I go there I clearly say that I want a large water with my order which consists of one other food item. I never get my water and I have to sit in the drive thru after she hands me my order because she closes the window AS I'm speaking to her. I need water to eat my meal or I'll choke so its important that I get it. I wait until she opens the window back up and tell her again that I would like a large water. She hands me a small cup that is filled entirely of ice and barely any water. This is the third time this has happened and I am so mad every time that I drive off. Food is fine as always. Hot and delicious. I just wish I didn't have to deal with this one...
