Cafe Yumm! - North Delta Center — Restaurant in Eugene

To the male employee who answered the phone at 8:06 PM tonight, you should go get another job dude cause you don’t sound like you want to help anyone. You were not friendly at all and you were unclear what ingredients you were out of and then came back and told me you’re out of avocados and something else I couldn’t quite make out because you’re slurring your words because you don’t really care to be there.

You could’ve told me all the stores are out of avocados tonight but you didn’t so I had to call somewhere else they’re out as well and now I’m eating fast food thanks guys not what I wanted for dinner. I often don’t call Café Yumm even though I absolutely love your food because it’s always a mixed bag experience some employees care some don’t sometimes items are left out more than they should be sometimes it’s OK the breads always hard as a rock I’m pretty sure you could throw it and break glass it be cool if they had warm rolls with your soup instead. I would say my biggest complaint about this location and other locations as I have run into this many times as they do not always answer their phone. An hour before closing I guess they don’t care or they don’t have to care because the managers above them don’t care it...

Cafe Yumm! Is a total vibe. As a non-vegetarian/non-vegan eater I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed their food. At this staple of the northwest I recommend ordering the original Yumm! bowl + chicken. It's the freshest eats I've had in a long time. My employees began asking for Cafe Yumm for their work lunches which gave me an opportunity to branch out and try their other eats... I turned my wife onto them who now regularly purchases Yumm! Sauce whenever we pass through Oregon. She puts it on everything. Over the years we've gone to different locations throughout the i5 corridor but the refreshing food is all the same. Huge fan of the Ginger Cookie... not partial to the chocolate dip, but I do enjoy how it only covers half of the cookie. Protip: Order a medium Yumm! bowl... but ask for the next size up container so you have space to mix all the freshness together. Enjoy!

MANAGER ALERT: I'm just going to start off by saying I'm a long time customer. I ordered a large yumm bowl with double southwest chicken, and I open to this. Package leaked all over my seat cause the food looks like it was thrown or something. I ordered sub-vegan avocado, but still put sour cream on the bowl. The chicken is also regular which is wrong. I gladly pay $17 for this. I'd be lying if I said this was the only time, but I'm finally sick of paying money for my food to look like this. Seriously guys. If you had served this to a first time customer there's no chance in hell they're coming back. I'm giving this a 1 star otherwise I cant post a review, but this is 0 star quality. Would very much appreciate if management reached out, as they are the ones who need to be made aware of the quality service their employees are providing so they can enforce disciplinary action, cause this looks intentional. This was ordered on 10/6...
