The Burger House — Restaurant in Eugene

The food is decent if your hungry and want a quick burger the prices are high but tolerable. The customer service is an absolute joke. Went in to get an order for a company I work with and the lady behind the counter told me it will be a few minutes they are working on it. So I proceeded to the bathroom and I got out and sit down in a chair near the bathroom to put my shoes on all the way because I had just slipped them on. A woman comes up and tells me my food is on the counter I told her give me a min I am putting on my shoes. She tells her manager who is the elderly white woman who looks like a power trip in a half that I'm just sitting down. I let it go cause it wasn't worth it. I get around the corner and the elderly woman proceeded to yell at me that I need to be in this particular spot if I'm picking up my food. I tried to explain to her that I used the bathroom and was getting my shoes on but she walked away as I was talking. I advise no one to this establishment and I will never order food from here ever again unless that woman is fired. Edited Found out a few months ago after picking up another order for my company that the woman I'm referring to in this post was actually the owner of the restaurant. I still have not ordered food from this...

They get no stars this place is disgusting and the people who work here have no type of training. It was one young lady who worked there who wore gloves everyone else was touching your food with bare hands. The manager or shift lead was literally handling money and handing food out the window and went to drop food in the fryer with no gloves on and no washing her hands. The girl who took our order said well the food is cooked at 400 degrees that is beside the point especially when dressing people food with no gloves and to further the disrespect the young lady told the manager/lead about we felt she should be wearing gloves and her remark was they will be okay! As a paying customer that is not OK!!! To top it off the gir who took out order kept talking crazy and nothing was being said to her and eventhough our hand was out to receive our refund, she put it on the counter! This place need to shut down its a breeding ground for covid and...

It's food. But that's all. Update. The food has gotten worse. It's still ok. The shakes are their best item. Not a great place for kids. The gaming rooms are next to the dining area and you can hear a lot of adult conversations from your table (eat outside if weather permits). The bathrooms are what you would expect. The tables are always sticky. All of them. But all that aside. The prices are crazy. Two combo meals=$30. Two hotdogs and fries with drinks=$20. $50 for a family of four for burgers and dogs is an unwise investment. Even for high end burgers. But these are not high burgers and dogs. These are costco level quality. Which is fine. More than fine. I love costco dogs. But it better cost half that. I know all prices for everything are increasing. But holy crap this place is expensive for 'fast food. Can't do it. It's unfortunate because I live right around the corner....
