I went in because my phone was not recognizing my Verizon SIM card. That was $10 although at a real Verizon store they are free. I stood waiting for like 15 minutes. I asked the gentleman (in the picture) if he could try a SIM in my LG to see if it would work as I was getting a SIM for a Samsung S7 as I was vacationing with my older son. He said "we're not miracle workers here". That takes a miracle? At a real Verizon store, they would have set up my different phone. He did nothing but hand me a SIM, charged me, and walked away. Not impressed with their level of service or attitude. EDIT: I am editing my review from 2 stars to 5 stars. Looking at other reviews, I feel that they do have an excellent reputation which should not be tarnished by my frustration with MY phone. They did provide what I asked for (SIM card) and I had to have someone from home call Verizon to get it activated. Also, the owner admitted to being busy, which says volumes about his character, and apologized. My mom just passed away a month ago and my dad had just gotten a new phone from the Verison store in Berryville. We are both stressed and distance, death, and covid have made us vulnerable. I call my dad twice a day and I live in Colorado. He somehow had put his phone on mute. He just needed help to take it off mute because he wasn't getting a ring and I couldn't explain it over the phone after we tried for over an hour. Verizon would not do that for me directly. They loaned me a phone and kept mine to transfer the info from my old phone to my new one. Barry also prepared my rebate so all I had to do was sign, date, and send it off in the mail. He also arranged for Cox to install WiFi at my place.
