Do you realize you moved out of your shop and have nothing posted online about your new location that the lady assured me you'd be moving to in eureka springs? You are definitely not on North main and I drove around all Saturday to the places she told me you were moving to in eureka springs? FYI this chain is owned by a person from India, don't for a second think you're supporting an American Business he was in India two months ago doing business over there with the money he makes here! Does that look like a fake $100 bill?

Was I just profiled because I don't fit the picture?

Was it just that the little hippie girl didn't like me because I'm neurodivergent?

I just about called the police because they absolutely refuse service because the power went to her little head.

Must be sad to be approaching 40 and work for a person that doesn't care about anything but money.

Did it feel good to completely deny me getting my juice? Did it make you feel better about your personal life situation? Did it make all your bad decisions go away? Will you be telling all your friends when you go out drinking tonight it's somebody came in and you owned them because you refused to give the white cisgendered male any service because you're a powerful little girl who's 40 going on 6 years old?

What was the point of doing everything you could to keep me from patronizing your store?

I'll be talking to a lot of the locals that own the actual shops instead of this fraudulent endeavor.

If you know you know, we can get better glassware from eBay and Amazon and nothing in the store is made by an artist it's all made in China and full of leaded glass so enjoy smoking out of something that is going to poison you and cause...

Horrible Experience. Unless you're looking to be disrespected and mistreated dont bother even poking your head in. I should have gotten a name but the lady working the register was very rude and belittling. I highly suggest getting new employees or training the ones you have. This was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere let alone a smoke shop. The lady didn't even know basic customer service skills. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. I should have listened to the reviews but I wanted to give it a chance, couldn't regret it more. I was treated horribly, yelled at and even mocked. So sad that people like this exist in such a beautiful small town, what a shame.. I wont ever be returning to this store and I suggest nobody else does either. I Will not be recommending any of my family and friends in the area. If you want nicotine theres a very nice Tobacco shop at the top of Eureka Springs that I went to after I visited this shop. I would recommend going there instead of here for all your Tobacco needs the staff are very friendly and helpful! Thanks for reading hope it helps and saves you the painfully awful...

My husband came in asking specifically for nic salt coils and nic salt juice the lady sold him the wrong coils. He goes back to see what happened she tells him she didn’t know you couldn’t use nic salt juice with that coil. Then we both go in so I could ask for our money back and she gets an attitude because I asked to speak to her manager and then gets on the phone with said manager and once she tells her the problem the manager tells the worker to tell us to leave. Mind you no yelling no cussing no violence or anything! My husband noticed the nic salt coils even though she said they didn’t have them and we asked to exchange them she said it wasn’t the right one so we just left.
