I'm not sure about this place. I sure do believe in 2nd chances. But ... we may not return back lol. Food was a bit bland. Waited forever , which was ok because it seemed they didn't have enough people working or serving for the rush dinner . There was not alot of places open. Waited a while after drinks, then after ordering. 1 order was wrong, i think just a miscommunication. But the fried rice had a dead fly in it (i moved it away from the food, off the plate, onto the table). Crispy by now lol it was shiny. Thought I'd let the lady know. She said "oh ok" and smooshed it and brushed if off when it fell off of the table 🤣🤣 I'm sure she is a very kind lady but oh well. We ate it. But for a cuisine... spent about $125 without tip (definitely tipped though, we arent like that lol).... only 2 out of the 4 entree and the appetizers was ok. I just think the whole entire experience was very odd after the mix up and forgot to add stuff to the bill. .. i just am not sure. On the menu it says no refunds if the food isn't to your taste. I get it lol. But the long waits, mixup, cooked fly, ... could've at least an apology... or given a free drink lol not too much. Oh well though Just puttin my review down . Try it out. Everyone has a different experience. ...

The Thai House has really great and flavorful food. If you're like me, you like a little spice, but also want to be able to enjoy eating your food without your lips catching fire. When I ordered, a level 2 for spiciness was just right. My husband had level 3 and he liked it but it had quite a kick. I can't imagine what torture 5 invokes. Drunken noodles is a nice favorite and full of flavor. Teriyaki chicken is very good with a sweet and rich sauce. I like fried rice or noodles best, but the Teriyaki chicken came with Jasmine white rice (which I also like with sauce on it). We had fresh rolls with shrimp, which are always extremely good, and the peanut sauce they make is light and tasty. My favorite is the spring rolls. They are light and crispy and crunchy, not soggy. They're served with a sweet chili-like sauce that has a peanut garnish. This sauce is amazing and anything you eat with it will be elevated in awesomeness. The fried rice is also a nice standby choice, and some of the best I've tasted. We dined in, and per COVID-19 rules, all tables were spread out, everyone wore masks until food or drink arrived, and staff members were in masks or face shields. We eat here at least once every time we come to Eureka Springs, and we have never been...

We decided to try this place as it was close to our hotel. We ordered 3 items for takeout, and waited, and waited, and waited. As more people came in several others also order takeout. Then the people that came in several minutes after us received their order, the the next ones got their order, then the women next to us, that had come in 20 minutes after us got their food, and she even asked us about why we were waiting so long. We asked why it was taking so long by this time over 30 minutes, was told an item was forgotten and had to be made, no apology. Working in customer service in busy situations, I make allowances for certain things, but greeting, simple courtesy, and acknowledgement will make things better. This place is sorely missing in these areas. We got our food after waiting over 35 minutes, either staff appropriately, train better, give a discount,( dare I say) but tell the person the time they spent to come here and eat your food is a choice you appreciate. This experience overshadowed the enjoyment of eating, the food was good, not great, maybe it would have been better, but no...

Wonderful surprise in such a small town. The folks here are from Thailand and it reflects in their food. It is so good. You can have" heat/spice" added to your food depending on your tolerance. They have a TV that flashes each dish that they serve, so you can see what you might want to order. I ordered my food with a #2 heat. Was not hot at all. In fact, the next time I'll be trying a #3 to get just a little heat in the food. The tempura vegetables as an appetizer were more than enough for two people. I've never had mango Curry before and it was delicious. Waitresses are very attentive and knowledgeable. If you never have had thai food before, they could really help you. This is a small place but holds a lot of folks. There is parking in the front and about three cars on the side. They say if you're there for dinner you could park in the next properties parking area but not during breakfast or lunch cuz that's when they're open. A little bit further down the street there is parking on the left hand side. You could park there and walk down. Super clean restaurant. There is Wine and Liquor here.

We were visiting Eureka Springs and stumbled across Thai House. The parking lot is tiny but it seemed to have a lot of people so we decided to give it a chance. Upon entering, the waitress just told us where to sit, didn't guide us to the table, just pointed out, and said, "Sit there." We ordered a Thai coffee and calamari to start with. The calamari was obviously frozen since it was rubbery, and some were still cold. The Thai coffee was decent, nothing to run to the restaurant to get. When our waitress went to refill our drinks, she grabbed the cup by the top, where you drink from. To top it off, she was constantly licking her fingers to turn pages on her notepad. When we ordered, my partner ordered the Pad Thai, and I ordered the Chow Mein Noodle. We were asked spice level, which in the end was irrelevant since there was no spice despite the level chosen. The food was decent, but I've had better. Overall, the experience was subpar at most. It would have been a little more enjoyable if we had a better waitress. This will not be a restaurant we re-visit in the future.

Everything was AH-mazing. We started out trying something new for the appetizer: Thai beef jerky. It was not dry like classic jerky, which was nice. The seasoning on it was delish. It comes with a oil/sauce to dip it in, but it was great without it, too. I normally stick to my favorite at Thai places (red chicken curry), but they have a twist on that, which I tried: red duck curry (top of pic). Ohmygosh. So yummy. Unique, creamy, and well-balanced between savory and slightly sweet (from the pineapple). My husband got the Thai Basil entrée w/chicken (bottom of pic). It was also very tasty, between the juicy chicken and veggies. The photo does NOT do them justice! Side note: we like things fairly spicy. I got 3/5 spice level and he got 4/5, but neither of us got any “kick” from our dishes. The waitresses were also very attentive and friendly. If we weren’t just visiting town, we’d be eating here often. Definitely will go again the next time we’re back.
