I will never do business with this shop again. I was shopping for a wedding dress and chatted with them prior to my original appointment. I explained I was looking for a BLUSH dress. Right when I walked in, I again said I am looking for a blush dress, and even showed them a dress I found at another shop that I was trying to beat. During the appointment, they were putting me in white and ivory dresses. Every time I asked if the dresses came in blush, they kept saying they would need to check. I wound up falling in love with a dress! But when I again asked if it comes in blush, they had to check the computer (which was not connecting to the internet at that time). A week later, and after several attempts at emailing them with no response, they informed me it does NOT come in blush. Be that as it may, I was also looking for short reception dresses. They didn't have any in stock at the shop, but suggested I look through several books, pick out ones that I liked and they would order them. I did. And later that week we scheduled another time for me to come in and try on the ones they ordered. Come my second appointment date and time (Wed between 4:45-5:00pm), I drive 45 minutes to the shop to find out they were closed. There is no sign on the door stating their hours of operation, but Google stated they were open until 5:30pm. This was 4:46pm. I did seamstress work for this store contract work with Linda Bonds she gave me a wedding dress 4 weeks to late and I had to sew it in an unreasonable time frame to meet her deadline that I didn’t of until I call out a few hours before appointment. I suffer from random migraines it’s excruciating my eye can’t open the light makes my temples pound harder I’m debilitated for a few hours or days. and have never called out with her ever before. I couldn’t preform professionally . If she did a good job following up with client there would be no issues rescheduling. But instead drove to my home demanding I get in her car and do appointment. At this time my kids were so scared moving out the way this lady drove all over my yard yelling (I can’t call out) . ** I have video footage from camera in front of my garage with audio. I demand my payment. I don’t work for free and I’ve been over working for Linda trying help organize her business it’s turned into a battle to get my payment. I’m so disappointed in myself for not being a better judge...

I wouldn't trust this place for any important event. They measured my husband themselves and got his suit entirely wrong. When I picked it up all they told me was that the pants were adjustable. Nothing about them preferring he be there for a final fitting. We coulda made that work if they asked. Since they measured him we never thought it would be so off. He looked like a clown. Even a little would have been understandable. After speaking to the owner she offered an alternative suit on the day of the wedding which was a different color blue than the rest of the groomsman. And they called us petty when we pointed it out. (And they call themselves a boutique lol) after all was done my husband spoke on the phone to the owner and she told him she would give us a refund minus the deposit (whatever fine) so when we get there she changes her mind and only offers a small portion like 75$ which was basically a slap in the face for all the back and forth hassle.
