Foxtail Coffee - Downtown Eustis — Restaurant in Eustis

I will no longer visit this location. Due to Foxtail's overall inconsistency with their cafe con leche, you get whatever they decide to make. I ordered the drink online, and I wanted it with condensed milk, but some locations will add sugar, not the condensed milk. It's to the point where you have to ask them when ordering. I ordered online, but did not see an option to have the condensed milk. Upon arrival to pick up my drink, the barista was almost done making the drink, and I asked her if she could make it with condensed milk. Her response- "at this point, unfortunately, no". No offer to fix it, nothing. When I voiced my frustration over the inconsistencies, she blew my frustration off with "oh yeah, we are more frustrated than you about this issue." There was absolutely no resolution. Other coffee shops would have GLADLY offered to remake the drink. I am extremely disappointed to have found a drink I really love, and them not deliver said drink...

I walked in to the store, the young lady seemed reasonably nice, but asked me to wait while she was doing something with receipts. Then when I asked for a pour over coffee, she she said it would be a wait because she had other orders. I was the only one in there. Normally it takes a few minutes to make a pour overs anyway , so I asked how long and she didn’t seem to know, and said maybe 10 minutes, then proceeded to offer me the daily brew. Honestly, I feel like she didn’t really want to make a pour over. I’m always disappointed when places offer pour overs and then seem to dislike making them. It’s fairly common, she was by herself and they do take time. I’m not sure why it’s offered though. A couple weeks ago I gave a five star review and I have continued to come to this location ever since because I had such a great experience. My drink was perfect and the service was wonderful. However, today I ordered the exact same thing that I have been ordering And they did not give me caramel drizzle on top that I paid for and they did not put any sweetener in the latte. I asked for 2 pumps of hazelnut. Instead, the two girls behind the counter were having a conversation about all the customers they have banned because they’ve been hit on. Can you be any more unprofessional…? I won’t be coming back unless the other girl with short brown hair is working. Obviously they should quit gossiping about customers and get orders right....
