LYING SHADY SALESMAN
Went into the Verizon store window shopping with my wife. A sales person named Brandon told us about a wonderful BOGO on iPhones. Seemed to good to be true so I researched into it through the customer services number and they confirmed it was a wonderful deal putting all my fears to rest. Returned to the store and got two brand new phones for myself and my wife. Upon checking out they informed me I wasnāt able to actually pay for my phone only loan it out but I would be able to call the customer care line and buy it there, seemed weird but hey got a free phone so wasnāt that bad. Got home and saw that upon checking us out Brandon added on $13 insurance to all 3 phones on our account without approval. It was simple enough to take that off online. I called into the customer care center and spoke with a representative that told me I had to wait until the return period had expired before I could buy out the phone. So I waited...... just called back in and spoke to a manager with the customer service department and they do not allow you to cancel your additional line right away and you arenāt able to buy the phone for 6 months after purchase or you remove the GET promotion from the free phone. THE SALES PEOPLE AT VERIZON ARE BEYOND SHADY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR UNTIL AFTER YOU ARENāT ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Never would have gotten my business if I knew they were going to be this hard to work with. Iāll Never go back to the Evans...

My brother and I visited their store at 4312 Washington Rd, Evans, GA on August 24 to purchase a device to attach to his laptop to provide WiFi service anywhere. Our Solutions Specialist, Darien Talton, knew right away what he was trying to describe and went into the back of the store to retrieve one. As he was coming back toward us with the device, his Asst Store Manager, Brian Zimmerman, stopped him and suggested a device that better met my brother's needs. As it happened, there was not one left in the store, so Brian contacted another store in town who had only one left. Brian volunteered to drive to the store and pick it up while we returned home to pick up my brother's laptop. By the time the device was at the store, we had returned as well. Darien and Brian were so helpful in getting the device sync'd to the laptop and answering all my brother's questions, etc. We were both so impressed with their friendliness, their knowledge of their products and their conscientiousness to make sure that he understood how to use his new toy and that he was satisfied. They delivered the kind of customer service one seldom receives these days, sadly. Ten days later, my brother reports that he is thrilled with the connection he is receiving...just in time for college football season!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreTried to get my cracked screen fixed. I couldn't, of course because they don't do that there. Was told it would be $100 even though we have insurance. Whatever. Was told by the sales rep to take it to a 3rd party. I asked if that would void my warranty and he said it would be a risk I would have to take. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Came in at a later time to get an upgrade and had an okay experience with the salesperson (he was the same punk who said that about my phone screen), but, the kid didn't do half of the things we had asked. Called the store, got rerouted to a call center. Kadeshia answered and was a delight and she got me hooked up with the actual store and Mike the manager is taking care of me now. Those 2 people are literally the only reason this store gets any stars at all. Why is it that I agree with the other reviews and feel as if maybe I should have came in my Sunday best to change a couple of things and upgrade 1 device? Answer: because apparently, you have to look like you come from money or have money in order to get decent customer service from these commission-based workers. Ridiculous. Verizion is sure to lose all of my friend and family's business for good if this issue cannot...
