Upon entering, employees were chilling (which was fine), lazy that was worth customer directed me to other rm. To only be passed by a Male employee 4x. Eventually (approx. 12 min) the chilling employees walked thru & I'm looking & shes like has someone helped & stated she had No idea I was there. I stated how I walked right by them on couch there. Bythis time, the girl who directed me comes thru apologizing & said she forgot about me & figured someone else, I pointed the male who kept coming & going.
