I recently had the pleasure of shopping for a new mattress, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received from Tyler. Read moreEDIT: Make sure you read the fine print of the terms and conditions. It is printed on the back of your receipt, so light you can barely read them. It is definitely not disclosed verbally. We were asked to inspect the couch upon pick up, but it was so wrapped up it was pretty much impossible to tell if anything was wrong. Haven’t even had the couch 24 hours at this point. Placed it and the one side won’t recline. I call and our only choices are us drive it back to the showroom for them to repair (the couch is very heavy and we live 45 mins away) or we can have a third party come to our house to repair it but that would be at our expense! Not very customer service friendly after all. Oh and in the hard to read fine print, all sales are final, so we are stuck with a “brand new” couch where one side won’t recline. If we bring it for repair that means we have to carry the heavy thing back to the showroom. Once repaired AGAIN pack the heavy thing back home and carry the heavy thing back inside the house again. Back and forth, back and forth all at our expense. NOT SO HAPPY CUSTOMER NOW. I will update when and if we hear back from them about the warranty claim I’ve filed.

You are right, it should not break after being sat in 5 times. But no, it was not my fault. No one used any kind of force to make that kind of break. That's why I was initially upset. I know it was obviously faulty to begin with but I'm stuck with the inconvenience and a bad couch. Just because Ashley will not admit fault, does not mean it wasn't! Blaming your customer is not putting customer satisfaction first. It's like kicking someone when they are down! I have since heard of other bad reviews about the quality of Ashley furniture. And fyi, Adam said he couldn't guarantee how long it would take to repair. Not all associates here are friendly.
Associates are friendly but can't trust the quality of furniture they sell. Bought an Ashley couch recliner that completely broke after being used maybe 5 times. Of course, Ashley declined responsibility. Not such a great deal now that I have to find a way and pay to have it delivered for repairs and picked up again.
