Edit—- things go from bad to worse with this company. The ball was dropped on literally every aspect of this process. Right off the bat I was called and charged an additional $217 dollars because they had calculated my total wrong. Although annoying, I quickly paid the difference because it appeared that the man checking me out was learning and I understand mistakes happen. The sales person told me what I wanted to hear in order to make a sale. I told him I was on a time crunch and needed the couches before an event and he reassured me it would be delivered within 2 weeks. I was disillusioned by false delivery dates twice and had to host a baby shower without furniture. When my delivery finally arrived a couch was left improperly assembled. I quickly notified the delivery crew who did not respond. I reached out to Conlin’s directly who said they would contact the delivery men and have the problem fixed immediately. I waited patiently for a return call. The next day I called to asked the manager to send somebody to correct the matter and I was told no. I proceeded to ask if faulty assembly was standard business practice from their company and was immediately hung up on. Hanging up on a client is very unprofessional behavior. I was incorrectly charged, lied to twice about delivery dates and left with a haphazardly assembled product. They literally couldn’t do one thing right and failed to take accountability or remedy the problem. Now I have to go buy a tool kit and find somebody to help me...
Read moreI had to replace my old broken leather recliner with something just as sturdy, strong functioning and good looking. I looked around and checked out the recliners on sale. I was helped by the nicest gal, Tiffany. She sat and listened to me talk about how my recliner helped me rest after shoulder surgery and my husband's spinal surgery. Tiffany was so helpful and patient. When I found the one I wanted, I asked if she could match the price of another one that I liked on sale. She said she could get close on the price. This one was electric and came with a good MFG warranty but she explained the mechanical would be covered through the store for 5 years for$75. I took her up on that. Read moreUpdate: visited again today and Paul was so helpful in helping us pick our new couches! He saw us looking for prices and helped answer all of our questions. Very transparent in explaining the different options and not too pushy. Made picking our new furniture so easy and we got a great deal for pickup of our old furniture and delivery of the new ones! They also help with donating furniture to families who need it which was heartwarming.
