This is my second rave review for the outstanding customer service provided by Staci Vanney, Office Mgr at The Glass Guru. I had my table top glass crack right down the middle after I had it for a couple years, but had been rarely used. The glass broke due to the weight of my China I had placed on the table to pack for moving. I was upset that I was not offered the option to pick tempered glass over adhered glass and had been given adhered glass which broke due to the weight of my China. I know way too much about glass now after researching it and after bringing this to Staci's attention she did the honorable thing and replaced my glass. It was not a cheap piece of glass. I did pay the difference in cost for tempered glass and for delivery, they replaced it no additional charge. Most large conglomerate companies you can't even speak to a human anymore. I really appreciate doing business with The Glass Guru and will bring my future glass needs to them. Thank you Staci!

The Glass Guru solved the foggy pane issue by replacing the front window pane in my old garden window. It took about 6 weeks from the time I ordered it , they measured it and then installed it when it came in. Fair price, good communication, and installation team. Most window manufacturers don't even sell garden windows any longer, and they are very expensive. Anderson Windows quoted me fourteen thousand dollars for one. The second time, I used glass guru. It didn't go as well. I ordered a screen door for my patio slider, which took almost three months after paying half down. The installation was canceled twice, and scheduling with them has always been very vague, not until the last minute. The screen door itself is okay but costs six hundred dollars.

Glass Guru's guys replaced our failed 40-year-old wood-framed double-panes efficiently, promptly, flawlessly, and they were a pleasure to deal with. We'll definitely get them back to do more of the cloudy glass here.

I have mixed feelings about Glass Guru. Everyone I spoke to was very polite, and seemed genuinely interested in providing what I needed. Unfortunately it took ages to actually materialize one product I ordered, and the other is still incomplete.

I first reached out in mid March 2023. There was some conversation about what I needed and the urgency (bedroom window cracked, it was low urgency since it was early spring and was mild weather) and I received the estimate for my window repair and a plexiglass window screen with an A/C cutout. I paid the deposit on May 10th. The estimated time to install was 3-4 weeks. When that time passed the only updates I got were when I called them. They offered apologies about the delay citing supplier issues for the glass window. The actual install happened on July 15 (9.5 weeks after the deposit was paid). On Nov 6 the plexiglass screen was still undelivered. I paid the remaining balance for the glass window and tried to cancel the screen. The woman I spoke to at the office was very apologetic about all the delays in their service and offered to get me the screen for free. I don’t have high hopes that the screen will ever be delivered but I’ll update the review if it is.

The actual window repair installation was quick and easy. The guy that did the install wore a mask and took his shoes off to not track mud everywhere. It took about 15 minutes from the time they arrived to the time...
