Ruby And Jenna — Local services in Evesham Township

Have been going here for a while and staff has always been unhelpful. My mom and I were the only people in the store and didn’t even get greeted by the three girls working, let alone did they offer to help us as we walked around the store. I had asked for a fitting room and she told me to walk back and get one myself, mind you there was a large empty metal rack in front of all the fitting rooms I had to move myself. I didn’t end up purchasing what I had tried on, feeling discouraged by their inconsistent sizing and the passive aggressive staff. I actually went back and had yo hang what i tried on (two things) in its correct spot, and none of the staff offered to help me or even said have a good day. They actually gave me a dirty look. I myself work in retail and would be fired immediately if I treated anyone like this. Terrible customer service. Walked in and was never greeted both times we went in. My wife bought a few things but some of it didn’t fit and the quality was pretty awful but when we tried to return or exchange they wouldn’t let us. This makes no sense, their quality is subpar, service is horrible and their sizing is awful so not sure why this would be their policy. Never going here again or recommending it to others. Last Saturday on June 17 I was in Brio, which was right next door while my wife and daughter went into this store, two white females who had been working in the store had reacted to my wife and daughter as if they were carrying some sort of disease or something (probably racially profiled).
