Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Exeter Township

I went there today to return my mom's shoes and my sons pants. I noticed I didn't have the receipt when I got out of the car. This isPerrkioman Ave Exeter. Ross. I was greeted by a woman who never smiled and spoke broken English. She would not return the pants so she got her manager. When manager came out cashier began speaking in full blown Spanish to manager about my situation with the pants while I'm standing there. Manager couldn't return them. I went back and got the same exact pair with a tag on them. Mine had no tag. Then a bigger manager came out and she spoke Spanish to her too. And while waiting for manager cashier was speaking in Spanish to customers. The big manager said she couldn't return it because each tag is timestamped. I should've asked more but I was irritated with. Cashier. She wS extremely rude. I told the manager answer told me to have a good day mam. I'll get in touch with the head of this company. I've never been treated so disrespectfully at a store. Especially Ross. I was really disappointed because I won't be shopping at Ross anymore and I'll let everyone know the...

Like most Ross stores, they have a wide selection of all kinds of apparel and housewares. I'm personally a big Ross fan and always find great items! Just treat it like a treasure hunt and realize it's more like thrift shopping, but for new items...the prices are lower and you can't ncessarily expect to find items in multiple sizes like you would at other new retailer stores. I shopped here several times for the holidays and found some great deals like Doc Marten boots and Body Shop lotions at a great discount from normal retail prices. The staff was very nice too even with stressed holiday crazy shoppers...they kept a good attitude which I know all too well can be hard to do the closer it gets...

I love Ross. It's an excellent store to buy name brand and off brand at much lower price. They get different items in at different times so you never know what goodies you'll find. They have awesome furniture too. S little bit of everything...
