Never in my life did I think that I would be rating Chick-fil-A a 1 star. Just to be clear, I love Chick-fil-A as a whole but this particular store seems to have a problem. Chick-fil-A is literally the ONLY fast food restaurant that I eat at and beings I just bought a house in the area, I've been using this particular store alot. I always order the same exact thing no matter what Chick-fil-A I'm at but 3 months into using this store I finally crossed paths with the manager (Luise). I go in and I order my food and for my drink I order I frosted coffee with Oreos same as I do every other day. Luise tells me "that's not on the menu" "we don't have that here". I tell him that i just want a frosted coffee with oreos in it. He tells me no, he has never heard of it. I respond, telling him that I've been coming here since I moved into the area and i that's how I always order my frosted coffee. Again he says "I've never heard of it" then he turns around to the 2 young ladys at the window and asks, "you guys ever hear of anyone ordering a frosted coffee with Oreos?" To Wich the one young lady responds, "yes, I'll make it". She makes it, I get my food and go....... All of March, and all of April I continue to come to the store and get the exact same thing to eat, with the exact same drink. A frosted coffee with Oreos. This morning I go in to get my breakfast and I'm greeted by Luise. I order a Chick-fil-a biscuit with pepper jack cheese and for my drink, a large frosted coffee with Oreos. Luise looks at me and says "No, we don't have that here" I talked to the owner and he told me not to make that. So now after only dealing with this guy (Luise) 1 time, 2 whole months ago. I'm supposed to believe that he asked the owner and Mr. Shawn(the owner) told him to not put Oreos in my coffee?? Even after I've been coming to this Chick-fil-A for a total of 5 months and ordering it? Even tho I was at this Chick-fil-A last night (5-2-18) and got my coffee with no problem whatsoever? At this point I'm feeling highly discriminated against. So I cancel the entire order and ask him for his business card. He gives me the store card with Shawn's name on it and the store phone number and told me to take it up with him. After asking him what was the big deal about making my coffee the way that I like it. He told me that the item is not on the menu and they don't make it. Then he tells me that it's for allergen reasons. Wait, but don't you guys have a cookies and cream milkshake? What's the difference? He says "we use 2 different machines for that". So now im done with this guy because obviously I'm stupid, So I asked him for a frosted coffee and a small cup of Oreos on the side and I will just mix it in myself....... He tells me "NO i can't do that" "sorry"...... Shawn I really hope you see this. Because I would like to talk to you personally. It's a shame that I have to give your store 1 star, when in all reality I'm giving the terrible manager Luise no stars. I don't know what his problem is but he needs to put his pride to the side and take care of the customers. This entire ordeal was way too oerspers to him for some reason and as much of my money I spend in Chick-fil-a, I don't expect to be treated like this. I have NEVER and I mean from the bottom of my heart, NEVER had a problem at any Chick-fil-A untill I came across this guy
Update Thank you Chick-fil-A for...
Read moreOkay, as an employee of this Chick-fil-a, I have a little insight behind the counter that most people don’t get to see. Since I have started working here (over 2 years 7 months ago at this point) a lot of things have changed with me as a person. I was a very shy, and almost antisocial teen that did not exactly fit in anywhere in particular, but ever since I got this job, I have found myself as a person. The atmosphere my coworkers give the place gave me an opportunity to express myself as an individual and eventually helped me break out of my shell. Most people who know me now would never guess that I was someone who did not express myself, and did not have very good social skills, but that is the real truth. They teach you here to actually engage with the customers to give us that edge over the competition. People say we have better customer service than most places, but in reality we just try our best to connect with the guests that visit the restaurant as people, and not as customers. Sure not every interaction is ideal, and sometimes our big smiles fade and we make mistakes, but when we make those mistakes, and they are brought to light, we try our very best to make sure that our mistake is made right, and that the guest leaves happy. Also I have seen many reviews mentioning the fact that we as workers like to socialize a lot, and that is quite true because we do spend hours on end with eachother and create tight knit bonds with one another(i would say that some of my coworkers are my best friends at this point). Bottom line is, we smile, we laugh, we are human, but most importantly, we actually care. Easily the best first job i could have asked for. Sincerely, Your favorite Exeter Chick-fil-a Cashier, Carter

Read moreI 100% love Chick-fil-A. There’s always a long line for the drive-through so I just go inside. It’s hard for me to understand with them being that busy all the time and having the best chicken that mine was cold and dry. It does not make sense. And there were a lot of bags for DoorDash I can only imagine how dry their chicken was if the drive-through line is very long and they’re cooking nonstop how can I go inside get my order right away and have it cold. I know they have raise their prices but they’re better than to KFC. The time before this I ordered a normal crispy chicken sandwich and got a spicy one which was not good for me and it took them 15 minutes to fix another sandwich I don’t know what’s going on but they need to fix it but I don’t think they’re gonna do anything because I mean they honestly have the best chicken and believe me they are not hurting for workers so I don’t understand the...
