T-Mobile — Local services in Exeter Township

So disappointed. I always loved Tmobile. Have had issues but they always took care of it. I had a problem with my phone and they replaced it. I went in the young man was very nice but i asked him to make sure everything was backed up. Im old n wasnt sure. He said yup no problem. Also convinced me to take home FREE for 15 days internet. I told him the web said its not in my area. He said it was. Took it home of course it didnt. Spent 2 days trying to return. However what really hurts is he didnt make sure all was backed up n my tmobile messages wernt. My neace had a message on there and i was saving it because she died shortly after that completely unexpected. My heart is so sad. Tmobile promise to call me back n didnt they also promised 15.00 for inconvenience of the internet never got that either but most importantly was my neaces message to me n THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Ilove tmobile n the young man was very nice but perhaps more training because this was so important to me and i will never hear her voice again. Over all i still think there the best company but in this case 1 star. Im so sorry. I cant even really be mad at the young man as much as tmobile for broken promises and not traing him right n not calling me back n try at least to retrive it. She promised to call back n i still dont know that there not going to charge me for the internet because even though i returned it immediately i kept getting tex saying thank you for...

Terrible service today when walking in store. Currently in the store now at the time of writing this. No agent says "hi, how are you, please have a seat until we're ready" etc. You just go come into the store, stand around and aren't acknowledged for a long time. Ive been standing for over 20 minutes now, when I have more additional things to do with my day. As soon as I walked in, this is case, and an elderly woman is still sitting on a waiting bench and says she's been there about 40 minutes and counting - same thing. No one's yet attending her, and all agents appear to be "casually" busy. The worst part is feeling unacknowledged while waiting. Probably not all stores are like this, and maybe not everything, but today for sure. I've been here before and it was similar, though today seems worse. Someone else just walked out saying she won't be back here...

It is so bad that they have almost $1,000 of mine and there is no way to get it back, a Tmobile agent approached my business and tried to sell me equipment and internet for my business, lying to me because they do not have the capacity to cover business needs, I have not received any equipment, the package was sent by UPS and by instructions from customer services they told me to return it to the same person who brought it, so I did, they charged my card first $86 dollars and then I received a bill and they charged my card for $794. Right now I will have to seek legal advice to get my money back. I have gone to the store 4 times and have spoken with customer service several times and they only give promises that they will refund the money, I have been 5 weeks and nothing, TMOBILE is a big scam, I recommend not doing any type of business with...
