Reading hospital sent over prescriptions which this cvs claims they don’t have. Rather than exercising quality patient care, the staff was rushed on the phone, informed me they had a line, which I take to mean my care isn’t equally important as others. I asked if they might follow up on their end, which numerous pharmacies have offered to do in the past, in my experience. My partner had a vaccine appointment scheduled with this location, and the tech at the pharmacy insisted there was nothing scheduled. Despite showing her the appointment confirmation screen (which displayed the time, date, and location were all correct), she insisted there was nothing scheduled and refused to administer the vaccine.
