Have you ever hung out in a salt cave?! Did you know they have amazing benefits? Soleil's Salt Cave 📍Exeter New Hampshire 📍 ➡️The caves hold 25,000 pounds of 600 million year-old Himalayan salt. ➡️halogenerators grind and disperse pharmaceutical salt into the chamber. ➡️Breathing this dry aerosol salt into your lungs can boost the clearing of congestion and inflammation throughout the body. #saltcaves #himalayansalt #healing #healthbenefits #girlsnight #congestion #inflammation #selfcare #thingstodo #newhampshire

My friend and I decided to treat ourselves to a “just us” day while she was on vacation, and we chose Soleil’s Salt Cave in Exeter, NH. Coming from the Massachusetts border, it took us about an hour to get there, and we arrived just in time for our 3:45 PM session. We were warmly greeted by Daryl, who made us feel welcome right away. After storing our belongings and shoes in lockers and a quick stop at the restroom, we entered the Cave of Calm — and wow, it truly lived up to its name. The space was cozy and perfect for two people. The fine sand felt like a clean beach beneath our feet, and the walls were made of stone and rock with glowing amber and pink salt lamps scattered around. The twinkly LED lights in the ceiling created such a peaceful, magical vibe. The cave played a mix of white noise, ocean waves, bird calls, and deep ambient tones that reminded us of a sound bath. My friend even fell asleep in the sand while I relaxed and sifted it between my fingers. This was our first salt cave experience, so when the salt began to circulate in the air, we were caught off guard by a slight burning sensation in our noses and throats—but it quickly passed, and we adjusted within minutes. They provided everything we needed: blankets, beach chairs, and plenty of floor cushions. We chose to go barefoot and lay directly in the warm sand (yes, the floor is heated!), which was so soothing. After the session ended, we took our time getting up and stepping back out. Daryl offered us water, and we took a moment to breathe in the fresh air before moving on to our next treatment—the salt beds. The salt bed room has two heated beds filled with salt, plus blankets and cushions for your head and knees. We spent about an hour in there, alternating between lying on our backs and stomachs while rainforest sounds played in the background. It was incredibly relaxing and grounding. Afterward, we browsed the gift shop, which had handmade soaps, salt lamps, candles, and essential oils. My friend picked out a little salt lamp that plugs into the wall like a nightlight. Overall, this was such a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. The space is beautiful, the staff is friendly and thoughtful, and we left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely recharged. We’ll definitely be back!

Always the most rejuvenating healing and calming experience Darrell and his wife are beyond generous and amazing!I come from New York currently living in Saugus Massachusetts and I try to come once a month currently I’m dealing with a planters fasciitis issue and Darrell made time for me today, to help me, heal my issue and honest to God, I feel so much better mentally emotionally and physically while in the small cave, I felt the tingle in my heel that it was healing and I also purchased a dome. I can’t wait to use it above all five star rating across the board for the location. The pink slat so healing ! The place is peaceful I even tried the new salt beds, which were amazing highly recommend it.

I have been facing challenges and took a few days off work to focus on self-care. I had an appointment at Soleil's yesterday where I experienced the salt cave and salt bed. This had been on my list since 2018 and I finally had the opportunity to try it.

Upon arrival, I removed my shoes and stored my belongings in lockers before entering the rooms. The salt cave session began with an introduction led by one of the owners and their daughter. The room was filled with salt on the floor, walls, and ceiling, creating a calming atmosphere. I felt a sense of relief and relaxation as I closed my eyes and allowed myself to let go of anxiety. I could not believe this because when I hold on to something, I hold on to it and do not let go. This room helped me let go.

Following the salt cave, I visited the salt bed. This elevated bed was filled with warmed salt beads and I was allowed to choose the meditative music to accompany the experience. Not only did this help with the healing process of my recent hand tattoo, but it also provided emotional release and relaxation for my body.

I will be back, at least monthly going forward, now that I have experienced this amazing feeling and release of stubborn emotions and body pains!

UPDATE 6/30/24 - Over the past few months, my visits to Soleil's have begun to profoundly transform my life. Initially, I was curious about the potential benefits of this holistic therapy, and I can now confidently say that it has exceeded all my expectations.

One of the most remarkable changes I've noticed is a significant reduction in my anxiety levels. The calming environment of the salt room, combined with the therapeutic properties of the salt itself, has provided me with a sanctuary of peace and tranquility. Each session allows me to let go of stress and tension, leaving me feeling more relaxed and centered than ever before.

Moreover, I’ve experienced a newfound clarity in my thoughts and overall mental state. The regular practice of spending time in the salt room has helped clear my mind, enabling me to focus better and make more thoughtful decisions in my daily life. This sense of clarity has been incredibly empowering, allowing me to approach challenges with a calm and composed mindset.

The salt room in Exeter has truly become a cornerstone of my wellness routine, providing both physical and mental benefits that continue to enhance my quality of life. I look forward to each visit, knowing that it contributes to my overall well-being in such a meaningful way.

If you're looking for a natural way to reduce anxiety and gain mental clarity, I highly recommend giving the salt room a try. It has made a world of difference for me, and I'm confident it can do the...

My husband and I have had the pleasure of visiting Soleil’s Soul Cave several times, and each visit has been nothing short of transformative. The moment you walk through the door, you're enveloped in a calming and peaceful atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease.

The environment is beautifully designed, but what truly makes this place special are the owners. Meeting them has been a highlight of our visits! We loved learning about how they created this space to help people achieve health in a peaceful, restorative manner. Their passion for wellness is evident in every aspect of the cave.

One of the most heartwarming touches is the soothing voice of the owner’s precious daughter, who welcomes you as you relax in the space. It adds a personal element that makes each visit feel special.

Both my husband and I have medical issues that led us to seek out the benefits of salt therapy, and we have noticed an immediate restorative effect on our bodies, lungs, and even our minds and hearts.

If you're looking for a positive way to enhance your health naturally, while enjoying a peaceful environment, Soleil’s Soul Cave is the perfect place to go. It’s also a unique date idea or a great outing for a girls' day!

I wholeheartedly recommend this gem. It will bring you peace, joy, and good health. We are so grateful to the owners for being such wonderful...
