They have a solid selection of everything you'd need for a complete outfit, with high costs coming along with the quality of these items. They might not have every color and size you'd want, but you're likely to find at least one thing you like.

My biggest problem is that they sold me a shirt that has a collar too narrow for the ties I also bought with it. Considering their "unworn items" return policy, you'd think they would inform me that the shirt and ties I was buying weren't compatible with each other, but they failed to do so. The only way I would find out would be when I tried them on together at home, preventing a return. This wouldn't be the biggest deal if the items weren't as expensive as they are, and the staff didn't acknowledge their mistake or...

We received amazing service from the knowledgeable staff at Frank’s! We went within hours of homecoming and found two shirts and a tie that we all could agree on, which is saying a lot. Good amount of stock in the store, so we had options. The young man who greeted us & offered his expertise was much appreciated. He measured my son, gave him color options for dress shirts and gave helpful, polite and professional feedback all while answering our questions and looking for my sons size on the floor clothing racks for other items that would look nice for the occasion and letting us know which were close in size as well. Not being especially educated in this type of clothing, I found the prices to be fair & very up to date and stylish. Been here three times now and each time I leave with what I wanted - or something better. Very helpful and fun staff. I don’t take anything too seriously and they were able to work with me each and every time. Huge thank you to Sarah for helping pick out my roaring 20’s suit. It’s not easy for someone of my size/dimensions to find clothes, let alone in this town. She pulled an outfit out of thin air that will blend seemleasly with the 1920’s theme.
