Well when I purchased my items. Everything was in stock except a rocking recliner and a chest. We discussed delivery and the chest was to arrive before my may 12 delivery. Upon delivery I am one nightstand short and the chest. The rocking recliner appears black not chocolate brown. My dresser has several scratches and the mirror is cracked in the top right corner. Patrick is very nice but transferred me to your warranty dept. after calling a couple times and leaving a message I decided to call back to the Fairbanks store to have the dresser replaced. Patrick has no eta on either the dresser or the nightstand and quoted possibly the unit (nightstand) was damaged the one that claims to be in stock or âpermafrostâ is what has delayed shipments. Iâm a life long Alaskan and when I purchased from your Fairbanks store my main concern was product arriving. I did not even have my set 4 mins before having issues. Your staff is very friendly but overall Iâm having buyers remorse for the products I purchased. Purchased furniture in their Anchorage store in December of 2023. Paid for delivery. Two different delivery dates. First delivery two items were brought. The love seat required two plug-ins. One was the wrong one. I called got it straightened out. The power cord was sent up from Anchorage. It was supposed to be delivered and installed when the couch was delivered in January. The couch was delivered and set up without incident but they forgot to bring the loveseat power cord. I stopped in the Fairbanks store and picked up the power cord. I made arrangements that the next time they did a delivery in my area to call and set up an appointment to install the power cord. As of today, March 20th, my love seat still needs...
   Read moreBought a couch February 2023 from the Fairbanks location. November 2023 returned to the store as the couch was squeaking and the cushions were beginning to flatten. Was told this was normal and to return in a few months if the problem didnât get better. Of course the flattened cushions did not get better (neither did the squeaking). Returned February 2024 and was told that the Fairbanks location couldnât help as the couch is now outside of the 1 year warranty. Called the Anchorage location a total of 6 times over the course of 1 month, explaining the situation and asking for management to call back. Still no success or help from either locations.
