Mobile in home tv repair — Local services in Fairburn

My experience with tv mobile he appeared knowledgeable but day one he gave me a time 12 til 2 he showed at 2:00 took tv apart and said he has the part but has to come back tomorrow it was told to me that because it was a 3 hour job that he would come back in the morning, gave me a time of 9:00 showed up close to 10:00 took tv apart again all the way down to the LED LIGHTS which were bad, place new lights in and then told me they weren’t light enough and said he could order the lights and come back tomorrow at this point I’m like don’t worry about it cause 2 days to me was over board so I’m good I wasted two days on a mobile tv repair. That never happened so I wouldn’t suggest this service to anybody. Mobile to me means MOBILE COME FIX THE PROBLEM AND GO On WITH YOUR DAY. MY EXPERIENCE WHEN YOU COME OUT YOU FIX ! But of course that wasn’t the deal with my service. 3 days at my house NO SIR! So I wasn’t pleased at all. I actually need a refund for 80 dollars in which I render for my time and my sons for helping. Bottom line got NEW TV.... moving forward if you can’t fix problem day of DONT COME! Whether defected parts are not you should have checked your parts before you came to my house nobody need a Mobile tv repair at there home 3...

My tv just wouldn't power on, had no idea why, or where to take it, so I Google TV repairs and called the first one showed which happened to be mobile in home tv repairs, I thought this would be great because I work 2 jobs, barely have time to sleep so this is be a less headache trying to drive somewhere. I contacted the office and schedule the appointment for him to come out Tuesday morning he stated it would have to be early which was great for me because I didn't get off until 7 am. Things don't always go to plan because he didn't arrive until 1:00 pm and I had to ve back at my other job at 2 pm but he came, I wasn't aware there was a size requirement for the tv, (they only work on large tv's) but he handled it anyway. Long story short. It took him 1 day to repair it and it works great, he didn't charge what he normally would have because of the size and the price was reasonable. I think the tv picture is better now then it was. I would definitely recommend him and if I get a larger tv and have any issues, I would call him again....

I contacted Luis due to my 60inch Samsung tv went out and the screen was completely black but I could hear sound. Luis was very prompt and responsive to my need. Upon the call he provided me with 3 things that could result in the tv malfunction. He provided me with a 2 hour window that he could come to my home same day. Luis arrived within that time frame he initially gave me. Once he completed the diagnosis he advised the LED lights are out. Luis ordered the part while standing in my home and advised the part will be in overnight if UPS doesn’t have any issues with delivery. 24 hours later, Luis called and advised the part arrived and he will be at my home shortly. He arrived, and completed the job. Not only is my tv working like new he also provided me with a warranty and informed us to call him should any issues/problems arise with the tv.
