Extremely Disappointed – Wrong Sofa, No Resolution
I ordered a sofa from CF Gallery in February 2025 and waited three months for delivery. When it finally arrived in May 2025, it was the wrong color and design and had visible spots/defects. I paid $4,000 upfront in the store and continue making monthly financing payments, yet I still do not have the sofa I ordered. I raised this issue immediately at the time of delivery, but CF Gallery dragged the process out for months. Only recently did they mention offering me a $700 store credit—which was never disclosed earlier and is completely unreasonable compared to the price I am paying.
On August 29, I even sent them a message with a picture of the replacement sofa I wanted ordered, yet they refused to proceed and told me the “case is closed.” Management’s communication has been defensive and dismissive, and instead of resolving the issue, they repeatedly tried to push me toward small credits or verbal discussions with no written record. At this point, I am escalating to Synchrony Bank, consumer protection agencies, and the Better Business Bureau.

Fast forward to today, all of the skin on the surface has completely started peeling and one of the supports underneath the couch gave in. My parents are both thin and the couch was no where near any direct sunlight or extreme heat to cause this.
The furniture is not only unsightly now, but you can’t even give it away in this condition.
The owner has not responded and I keep getting voicemail from the phone number. Save your money. Avoid this horrible store. Get furniture elsewhere.
You can walk down the hall to Macy’s furniture and at least have some security knowing they will stand behind their furniture. No I don’t work for Macy’s but support big companies when small ones are scams.

I was given a new delivery window but the guy never showed. called the store to complain about no show. delivery guy showed up an hour late and was pissed at me for calling and complaining. how about you show up on time!?!?! then delivery guy throws my sofa and causes a RIP at the bottom. store won't take a return without a restocking fee and won't ship it back....what's the restocking fee for then?!?!?!?
