Sami is the champion of the septum. Mine is deviated and septum piercings are my favorite. I had mine pierced 25 years ago and it has always been crooked, to the point I rarely wore jewelry. After deciding it was time to get it right, I had a second attempt done a few months back elsewhere which also resulted a piercing channel askew.

Enter Sami and Black Moon. She validated my concerns that yes, unfortunately both channels were crooked and I am deviated, but took the challenge and said we could try to get it right. She worked with me, coaching me in making sure the second-attempted channel had closed and the 25-year-old channel was avoided. She free-handed a perfect septum placement and I couldn't be happier. No tilt, not too high, not too low. She had the skill to get it done and the bedside manner to assure me it was possible. I am looking forward to working with her to pick out a fancy piece of nose bling for when I'm healed, as I could never wear anything outside of a standard ring previously in order to hide the deviation tilt. I'm very grateful and can't recommend her enough.

The Black Moon facility in Fairfield is magnificent. It's large, bright, clean (in that positively-sanitized way), and I love popping in. Everyone I've met throughout the facility has been kind and helpful. Their jewelry selection is fantastic and as they have relationships with many makers, I'm sure that they'll help me find my perfect ring in a few months time, as they already have helped me curate a range of lovely pieces for my ears.

Went here a few months ago I got pierced by Victoria (10/10) experience she was very friendly and very helpful about picking out jewelry aswell I came here again today to get a tongue piercing and was saddened by the news that Victoria is no longer at the location I was devastated by the news but I still wanted to get pierced so I was greeted by one of the tattoo artists and he was very kind and said there is only 1 piercing available (Max) max then came out into the lobby and greeted me and ask what I was looking for I told him and he said fill out the form. Now I did leave my id at home which was the last step of the form but found a picture in my phone to upload. After submitting the form I’d assume someone would check back with me in few minutes… so I thought max proceeded to not even look my way for going on 20 minutes he was also walking around I even saw him walk outside once. This made me as a customer feel un welcomed and If you’re the only piercer in the shop … be more open to communicating with the couple of clients that come in every once in a while man . After 30 minutes of waiting I left out because I will never stay somewhere where I don’t feel welcomed and most importantly not getting attended to.. after this experience i am not coming back and I am going to track Victoria down and make her my permanent piercer because she is a prime example of excellence customer service and client...

I had an absolutely AMAZING experience here. This place (specifically, Max) saved my nose piercing!! I had gone to another piercer for a nostril piercing only to develop the dreaded piercing bump about a month after. I was devastated at the thought of having to remove the piercing altogether, but someone online recommended this place. I called them with the problem I was having, and they had me come in. They looked at it and recommended treatment for free. However I knew that part of the problem was with the shape of the piercing (I had an L shape), so I elected to swap it out. They had a wide variety of GORGEOUS titanium and gold flatback labrets. Max helped me pick one out that would help put pressure on the bump that was still in the style that I wanted. Within a week, the bump went away completely. They sent me home with care instructions and had me follow up to make sure thing were going well, and even recommended another trusted piercer closer to me (I travel back and forth from Pittsburgh) who stocks the same jewelry and would take care of me if I needed.
