Cooper Electric — Local services in Fairfield

A few months ago I went in to drop off a sawzall since they were the nearest place that deals with Milwaukee tools. From the moment I stepped in, I knew it wasn't going to be pleasant. First off I waited 5min before anyone acknowledged me. A few guys even saw me but didn't even ask "Are you being helped?" Or just asking if I need help in general. Finally a tall skinny guy came to me with the most laziest attitude like he was being bothered. I think his name was Brent or Bret. Anyway, I dropped off my tool, came back in about 2mths. So that same guy tells me he was trying to call me and my cell didn't work. Turns out he wrote the wrong number on my receipt. So when I mentioned that he just gave me an " Oh...well". Such a great attitude. He REALLY looks like he hates his job. All the other guys look so miserable too. Unbelievable. Never again. Will NOT recommend to anyone....
