In all my 25 years or working out, weight training and visiting countless numbers of fitness retailers, Liesure Fitness has to easily be the single most enjoyable, informative and pleasant buying and shopping experiences I have ever had. From the moment you walk in the store, aside from being completely overwhelmed by the variety of the highest quality of fitness equipment that you will ever find at the best prices, you'll simply be blown away by some of the most welcoming and pleasant sales people I personally have ever met.

While I've primarily dealt with Howard (the store manager) and can't say enough about the level of service he has always provided, never making me feel pressured to purchase but always providing a wealth of assistance and information regarding their fitness equipment that you simply won't find in "any" other Fitness stores, Mike is easily one of the most pleasant and welcoming of sales people that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have to say that my visits to this store have to be the single most pleasant and enjoyable of all of the fitness retailers that I have ever experienced. Whether you're visiting the store in search of a minor nominal costing item or looking to research and perhaps purchase a $5K-$10K piece of equipment, you're treated with the same level of attention, respect and never made to feel as though you're wasting their time or rushed in any way. I can't thank them enough for all the assistance, information, advice and help they have provided me with since my first visit. I have been trying to avoid this review because I had hope that the problem would get fixed although, it has not. 10 months into owning our Landice L8 Treadmill (Mind you, this was an expensive decision as my boyfriend and I are very intense runners) - our power switch stopped working. Within about 2 weeks, that problem was resolved. Was hoping this problem could have been fixed quicker, but oh well. Next around 10 and a half / 11 months of owning the machine, it started rattling, grumbling, shaking. Does this seem normal? No. Now, the technician tells me our floor is uneven. If the floor is uneven, why wasn't this issue happening all along? I leave voicemails / emails for Howard to call me, and what does he do? Not call. He will email. I feel that they are trying to push the problem off until the year mark passes as it will be out of warranty. It is 2 months now that this claim has been opened. This has been nothing but a headache trying to get this machine fixed. I would stay clear from this store as I would hate for you to go through the same troubles as me. I cannot recommend Johnson Fitness & Wellness enough, especially when it comes to treadmill purchases! From my initial inquiry to delivery and set-up, the entire process was seamless thanks to the exceptional customer service.

I worked with the store manager, Howard, who clearly knows his products inside-out. My husband and I were looking for a treadmill with a powerful motor, cushioned deck, and very important- one that directly connected to the Peloton App. Howard asked thoughtful questions to understand our fitness goals and activity levels, then confirmed that the Horizon 7.4 was the right treadmill for us. His advice was spot-on!

The delivery team brought the heavy treadmill box right to our home gym. They were courteous and efficient in unboxing it and making sure it was level and ready to go.
