Coming from another local dance studio where we were for 8 years this place is like night and day. Wish I made the move sooner. We were told by her old studio she wasn’t allowed to be on the Junior company after taking a year off to do dance team (less competitive) even though she was working so hard and training all summer. She didn’t even get the chance to try out. With not wanting to return to dance team and wanting more serious, we had no choice but to leave the studio and go elsewhere.

Miss. Kelly allowed us to try summer classes with the company kids and told us no matter if we decided to stay or leave there was room for my daughter somewhere on the team. They have so many students and all different levels where she can fit in instead of being dismissed.

My daughter has grown so much as a dancer this year and her passion for dance grew more than I even thought was possible. All 9 of her classes have 9 different teachers which is amazing and all bringing their expertise to the table. Another plus is this studio NEVER closes! Our other studio closed every time Totowa closed their school but yet we still had to pay. This school is open for everything including spring break.

Lastly the kids and the parents all welcomed my daughter and myself with open arms. In class and at comps everyone was so nice and helpful. Such a great supportive group of kids, cheering everyone on! My daughter even said she feels like she’s known everyone for years! Couldn’t have asked for a better dance fam. My daughter recently started dancing at FDO coming from another studio. I am beyond impressed with this studio. My daughter has improved so much in a short period of time. The teachers are beyond amazing!! It is everything we hoped for and more. It is a wonderful feeling to see my daughter so happy and excited every time I pick her up from dance.
