My mom was visiting me from Ireland over the hoildays. We were attending a Broadway show, so I decided to treat my mom with getting her hair and make up done at Hair. I’d been to Hair before and knew they were kind and excellent at hair and make up. But this experience was unbelievable! My mom has never had a lot of self confidence, and the people at Hair made her feel amazing. They truly made it such a special day for her and I’m so so grateful to them. They didn’t have a make up Artist available, but they went above and beyond and had a talented hair stylist who did make up take care of my mother. She did a beautiful job, my mom looked natural and amazing. The whole time she was so complementary and kind to my mother. Of course I can’t remember her name.

William did my mom’s hair. She’s been on medication and has suffered some hair loss due to it. For that reason she was pretty apprehensive about having her haircut at all. But William took his time and explained how to style it herself, how to hide the areas she was uncomfortable with. All while making her feel like a million dollars. Such a truly lovely man! She looked stunning and more importantly she felt stunning. On the way out the staff commented to my mother about how great she looked.

I’m so so grateful to the amazing staff at Hair for giving my mother such an amazing experience. Truly an amazing place. I’m a customer for life now.

I went to Nancy and she did a great job the first time she cut my hair . 2nd time I went back to get the same cut and she told me "you can't get the same cut every time"... after trying to guide her I left w half a head of shredded locks! She destroyed my hair! Used the shearing scissors in the middle of the back of my head! After I left I was depressed for days. I called back to ask if they could fix it and they did try by giving me to a more experienced hair dresser. He was better, not great, but it looked ok. After a mild mix up with their responce to the issue I was told that if I was unhappy this "wasn't the salon for me"... Needless to say I called by mistake today and they must have notes on each client bc I was told they would " call me back" for an appointment. Hilarious!!. Forget this place they are arrogant and couldn't care less obviously believe people are disposable. I was new to Fairfield from NYC so they missed out on new...

Cannot say enough about the staff at Hair. The front desk staff is extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. I even had one of them recommend a product for me and personally research if it was vegan-friendly or not during my haircut! Talk about amazing service (also- I am so sorry I do not remember your name!).

I had a big change that I planned on doing, I had long thick wavy hair and wanted to go all the way to a pixie cut. Jeanette did EXACTLY that and more. I even had my own audience of stylists who quickly became like friends to me. Forget going into a salon and not getting what you ask for- at Hair you get exactly what you want and more. I will certainly be coming here while I live in CT :)
