Pine Creek Deli is a hidden gem in Fairfield that truly delivers on every level. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, friendly service that makes you feel like family. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a classic deli charm that’s both nostalgic and clean.
Their sandwiches are nothing short of perfection: fresh, high-quality ingredients, generous portions, and flavors that hit every note. Whether you're grabbing a classic turkey club or one of their signature creations, you can taste the care and craft in every bite. The breakfast sandwiches are next-level too—i.e. the Shredder.

If you time it wrong, you may end up waiting for a good 20 minutes there for a breakfast sandwich. The sandwiches themselves are mediocre. There isn't a lot of love they put into them. By "love" I mean butter and cheese. Off the menu, a single meat, egg and cheese sandwich is overwhelmed by the Kaiser role. You can order double egg and that helps, but not enough.
On a day when the deli is slammed, you end up waiting a long time for a mediocre...
