I normally don’t write up negative reviews but this time it’s warranted. I purchased 4 suits sometime back and didn’t have time to have them altered. I finally got the time to get over here many months later and was planning on purchasing 2 additional suits. In stead of measuring me once. They wanted me to try each pair on. Ok. Then they said they needed to be dry cleaned. They’re brand new. I knew immediately when I walked in, the older salesman about my age was not personable at all. His greeting was not friendly. Nothing. I expect that from the younger generation but not from a boomer. Before I started trying suits on. I mentioned if he had some on sale that I like darker grays, blues & blacks if he’d pull a few down for me. Nothing. He gets the tailor. Tailor measures and says dry clean in broken English. Salesman never gets any additional suits and I never got to the 5 or more dress shirts I wanted to purchase. I told him. He obviously wasn’t interested in my business and I’d take it else where. My. Men’s wearhouse isn’t like it was when the older beard gentleman owned. Sad. I’m going to Mexico soon. I’ll just have some custom tailored suits made there as I should’ve done when I visited Italy in December. Or maybe a trip to Thailand for custom suits and tailored suits are in my future. Read moreThis store is just terrible. It isn't difficult to acknowledge a customer when you notice them in the store. These folks don't even make eye contact. Their customer service does not exist. Be prepared for long wait times. I went in to simply pick up a couple of pair of pants, no try-on needed, and waited in line for 20 minutes. There were two sales associates fitting two gentlemen at the time. I get it, they were busy. The problem is neither of them addressed the growing line that was forming at all. It was as if we were invisible. No kidding, they did not look at us once. Meanwhile, there was another associate sitting at a table unpacking shirts. When I asked if there was someone that could just help with pick-ups, I was told "There's only two of us, I'll be right with you". Then he proceeded with his fitting (I guess my measly pick up had to wait until he and his co-worker were done with the full on fittings before he could go to the back and get the pants I was picking up.) By the way, this is not an isolated incident. My husband experienced the same indifference when he went in to buy pants and shirts on a separate occasion. Customer service 101 "Acknowledge...
Read moreLet me start by thanking Bryan for helping my fiancé and I fix our issue otherwise I would be giving one star for what happened. We are getting married May 30 and one of our groomsmen came in to be fitted for his suit. Mind you, our style for the wedding is an extreme fit above the ankle pant with suspenders and bow tie. This particular groomsman is 6’3 260 lbs. The lady who helped him told him that because he is a bigger guy and the other guys are slimmer the fit would look funny on him so we are going to put you in longer pants. Ok for one you don’t tell someone that, it’s just rude! And second how dare you make changes to my wedding party and not notify me or my fiancé of these changes or even ask for consent to do so. If he had not told us he would have showed up to our wedding looking different than everyone else. Very unprofessional on her part, she made him feel self conscious. But like I said thank you Bryan for helping us fix the issue when...
