Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fairhaven

I don't even want to give them 1 star. It was so bad. First they make you use the new kiosk which I didn't like because you can only use a card there. So with me using the kiosk you would think they would get the order correct. Well they didn't! I ordered a crunch wrap with extra sour cream and I wanted sour cream on my crunchy taco. No extra sour cream on my crunch wrap and absolutely no sour cream on my crunchy taco. So I went back up and told them what I had ordered and that it was wrong. The girl grabs the stuff out of my hand and throws it in the trash with an attitude, so at this point I am already pissed. Then she remakes them calls me up there and proceeds to tell me that the first order was correct and that there was sour cream on the crunchy taco. So I said to her, so you took it out of the trash and looked at it? And she tells me yes I did and the sour cream was under the lettuce. So at this point I know she is lying because I could see her the whole time from where I was sitting and I proceeded to tell her there wasn't any sour cream on the taco I looked before I brought it up here. So now I am extremely pissed because she gave me more attitude and called me a liar. I was so pissed off that I couldn't eat and my husband was now pissed off, so he went to get a to go bag because he didn't even want to be there anymore. He then asked the girl at the register to speak with the manager (which was not the manager but a supervisor) and he said no I want to talk to the actual manager and he was told that they were not there. So he asked for the managers name so he could call back and talk to them and the girl tells my husband that she can't give that information out and that he could call the 800 number with his complaint and walks off. I will NEVER go back to that Taco Bell ever again! Worst experience ever!...

I've been going to this Taco Bell for many many years. I literally remember my childhood at this particular Taco Bell I've come here ever since I was like 7 years old and older (I'm 27 now) I've watched my friends and family members worked there as well this particular Taco Bell has been open for so long, and it has always been the cleanest and quickest but efficient Taco Bell around the city.

With two more Taco bells in the nearby connected cities this one is still the best one to go to in terms of food, price and atmosphere is very clean quiet & fast but at the same time they always get the food right from the most part I haven't had any personal mishaps with this particular Taco Bell as of this date of this post. It's still stand strong.

As for the food, its still taco bell food so you get what you get at this chain but again they do TRY to actually do there do best for making food( from my experience vs others), YEA they can be off sometimes in the past or even no But the workers there there better then the others currently as of this post so worth stopping by!...

Update: worse than before. Ordered food and pulled up to window. My daughter wanted to add a drink and I asked at the window. The woman working the window said I had to drive around again. I asked if this was a new policy and she said no. I told her well I have done it before and she told me I was wrong. Her male worker behind her said it is a new policy and apologized. THIS PLACE IS REALLY SAD! Inside could use a facelift, or probably a good cleaning (like a powerwashing). Food was made well but was redirected from the cashier to the computer ordering system. Couldn't add tomatoes to a cheese wrap (the only food my youngest daughter eats there) so I told the cashier. He tried helping on the computer ordering system but couldn't do it so we had to order at the regular...
