Have eaten at this truck multiple times over the years and every time the man taking orders has some negative or smart aleck reactions to what you or other patrons order. Ordering for our group I have also heard his “oh don’t order the burger..” line or bit EVERY SINGLE TIME. Patrons of your business don’t enjoy the criticism of their choices. It’s out of touch or in bad taste because you aren’t aware of everyone’s dietary choice or beliefs. If you’re that unhappy with the burger then remove it from the menu. The entire interaction just misses the mark of hospitality that you’d expect from them being in food & beverage. Your food isn’t that good to belittle people choosing to spend their hard earned money with your truck. If you’re that unhappy with the business then park the truck and take the day off.
It’s not all bad here. The truck is appears clean from the outside. Food is ready in an acceptable fashion. The playlist is killer. I enjoy the chalkboard menu and trucks appearance. Flavors are decent at each visit over the years. Food is hot and order is accurate every single time. They have the condiments, napkins, plastic silverware, and paper towels to take care of you. They get around Baldwin County as well. I have gone there out of convenience/necessity of them being at events or outings I was attending.
A few of us had firecracker shrimp bowl or tacos, nOt tHe bUrGeR, and don’t feel well a few hours later. Pencil me in for a burger...

Chad, Derrick, Trevor and I had the best shrimp tacos we've ever had in Baja during Spring Break 2004." Just hold up a minute cause you really don't have a clue. It's not your fault though. You haven't seen the light. You haven't heard the good news of the taco gospel that I'm preaching to ya, hallelujah amen. You haven't been baptized in the name of the holy shrimp and saucy goodness yet. But there is hope. Don't fret. Find the truck. Lift up thine eyes to the makers of everything that is perfect and good on thy tongue. Come on in boys... the...
Read moreI don't normally do reviews unless I am truly enthusiastic about a service or product. I have eaten from Tin Tin's more times than I can count, and I can state, without reservation, that the food is worth every penny.
While my wife and I have tried several of the delicious items on the menu, we always come back to the firecracker shrimp tacos because they are - bar none - the best shrimp tacos we have ever eaten. In fact, we use them as the benchmark against which we compare any shrimp tacos we might eat in our travels. Tin-Tin's shrimp tacos are thoughtfully seasoned and prepared, fully spiced but not too spicy, and always served with a smile. Try them -...
