Have no idea how Sonic stays in business. It's practically right next door to me and is often almost the only choice for a bite late at night.
Have tried several different things and it's all just blah.
This location seems to always have some weird issues. Last time, ordered online and drove up into a stall like the app tells you to do. Entered my number into the app and said the food is cooking. Waited 20 minutes while app and screen say food is cooking. Finally drove into drive-thru (the only option) and it turns out the drive thru intercom was out (or something?) Two cars in front of me. We were motioned to order at the window. Waited ANOTHER 20 minutes to get to window. Explained situation and was unapologetically told "oh we don't have staff to monitor the stalls."
THEN WHY ARE THEY ON? Jeeeeez!
Got home and had the most uninspiring chili dog known to man. I've had hospital food with more flavor.

When I pulled up to the call box I heard the manager being sarcastic and rude to a customer that was at one of the stalls asking if he could order food from there. She proceeded to come outside the kitchen and start yelling at him because he got a little upset with her attitude over the call box. She told him she would call the cops if he didn’t leave and have him trespassed. I proceeded to sit at the call box for at least another 5 minutes with no one answering me. I pulled up to the window and a younger girl tried to take my order, and only got half of it. So she had to re ring half of my order after I had already sat at the window for 12 more minutes. Then after I finally got my food that I ordered, it was all wrong. Burger was made incorrectly, wrong size tot put in the bag(also not fully cooked,) and cold mozzarella sticks. Read moreAn employee was handing my sister our order. Which she confirmed by asking if we ordered a medium mozzarella stick. When she realized she was handing us the wrong drinks my sister pulled her hand away on instinct. The employee let go of the drink and my sister wasnt there to take it. The drink fell on the ground, which we apologized profusely for. She then went inside and later another employee came to the car. She aggressively asked "what I wanna know is how this drink ended up on the ground." We were stunned to be asked that. My sister responded that the drink slipped. She then proceed to tell us the first employee said we threw the drink on the ground. Which she absolutely did not. It was an unfortunate accident. That was partially the fault of both sides. We have both worked in food service and would never react to an order mix up by doing anything aggressive towards food service workers. This was a very bad customer service experience.
