I went to Ino's to find a dress for my son's wedding. I was treated like a Princess from the moment I walked in the door. The customer service is the best I have EVER experienced. Although it was a busy Saturday, I was treated as if I were the only client in the store. The selection of gowns is exquisite and beautiful--and the staff knew exactly what I was looking for. I am very petite, so the dress had to be altered significantly. Their seamstress, Hoda, brings 50 years of experience to her craft. She whittled that dress down to fit me perfectly! Minoosh is a darling--so charming and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure that all the details were attended to from beginning to end. Please make sure that a visit to Ino's is FIRST on your list when looking for that special dress for all of your fine occasions. The amazing clothing and top-of-the-line service will make you so glad...

I ordered my maid of honor dress through Ino's in January and it did not arrive until APRIL a WEEK before the wedding! Terrible at communicating, ordering, and/or completing anything in a timely manner. They even told me they would make the time to do any alterations it would need, but when I went in to get the dress fitted/altered, they told me they didn't have the time...seriously, a HUGE waste of my time, HUGE waste of money. Next time I need a fancy dress, I will go to a legitimate retailer instead of this outdated, poorly organized store. It seems nice, the ladies that work there are nice, but there is some serious work that needs to be done...and offering me 10% off at a different alterations place is NOT going to change my mind about this place. Alls well that ends well if you order your dress a year before...

Passed by it a million times but was the first place I went after my son and his fiancée set a date. I trudged in with my boots and jeans and sweatshirt and Miss Nancy warmly greeted me and upon hearing I needed a MOG dress, recommended I try on a particular dress, along with one I had seen online. I left without buying, thinking I could find the beautiful dress she suggested at a lower price. No way, it was $70 more in the few places that had it. I returned to Ino’s and bought my MOG dress and can’t wait to wear it! Miss Nancy wasn’t working when I went back but 2 other very helpful gals were there that helped me try on some beautiful gems and baubles to complete my outfit. Fabulous experience and I will be back - in addition to formal wear, the selection of casual wear was edgy, unique...
