I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I came in to buy a pair of earrings, and the communication was extremely unclear. I specifically asked for a pair, but after completing the payment and being handed the box, I was told it was just one earring. They then told me I’d have to pay again to get the second one — effectively doubling the price without making that clear up front. I shopped at the piercing pagoda in fairview for the first time with my daughter this week. I’ve had my ears pierced at a piercing pagoda in the 80s when I was baby in Chicago.. Well at my visit with this store I decided on a whim to get second holes done.. Let me tell you the sweet young woman who took care of me this week was amazing, very knowledgeable and so kind.. Horrible customer service.
